- DCDaniel ChaconAug 6, 20261.0I stopped coming to this Chipotle for a while, and today I was reminded exactly why. The older lady who said she was the manager was incredibly rude. I asked for double meat, which I was more than willing to pay for, but she insisted that the tiny portion she gave me was “the double meat.” If I’m paying extra, why are you try to under-serve customers? It’s not even about the money. It’s about the attitude and the inconsistent portions. A manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not arguing with customers over food that customers are paying for. This is easily the worst Chipotle in the area. Looking through the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously because this location has a lot of room for improvement.

Especially people like Frank that always make feel like part of the family. The restaurant business is hard and some people are insanely picky. I love this place so much I easily come anywhere from 3-5 times per week. This location gets hit hard by the university crowd which makes it busy and sometimes doesn't allow for enough time to clean up after them. But I personally always appreciate how hard they work at trying to keep this place looking great and having food at the ready at all times. So THANK YOU!

Every time I come to this Chipotle, it's something. If the food isn't unavailable, the employees have bad attitudes. If the customer service happens to be okay, then the food portions are ridiculously small, like they're trying to avoid cooking more food. I've given this location chance after chance, hoping it would improve, but it never does. Today was the last straw. I paid for a bowl and honestly didn't even feel like eating it because of how disappointing the experience was every time!! I'm leaving this review in the hope that management actually reads it and takes action. Until then, I'd recommend going to a different Chipotle location if you want decent portions and better customer service.
