It’s like the 3rd time I get one scoop of meat that’s like 6 cubes of steak and the smallest pinch of carnitas that doesn’t even equate to a standard meat serving at any other chipotle. I get food cost and not over serving but you can tell the managers have a tight fist on their employees to make their bonus. Visit the one on 87th ave and 17th st or any other location if you want your money to be respected

Deliveries were complaining with the time it took to prepare an order, only one people serving, nobody to attend the cashier. A total mess, not very common for Chipotle standards. For the last one and a half to two years, I find that the quality of the food the cleanliness of the restaurant and the Soso customer service is in need of significant improvement. I say this because I do frequent other chipotles and Overall find that they are much better than this chipotle. I went today on a Saturday at 5 PM , I ordered three hard tacos. Shortly after I was informed that they were out of hard tacos. Don’t know who’s fault that is, but on a Saturday early evening before dinner crowd they were out out of An essential item. I recommended that since they had no hard tacos, I would go ahead and use the nacho chips as a bed for the rest of my toppings. You would’ve thought that I was asking them to give me free food. After going back-and-forth and requesting a manager the acquiesced. Next, the area where all the food items are located, looked unorganized, messy, And un appealing. I was planning on eating there, but changed my mind when trying to find a table that was not dirty. The floors were dirty as well. Overall, a very bad representation of the chipotle brand
