  While I was on line, the manager instructed the two servers working the food line to reduce the protein to half a scoop. I requested at least one full scoop, the guy on the service line said he was just told he was not allowed. Until today I have stopped at this store every Tuesday with the same order for years. If I was thinking ahead I should have taken a picture of my bowl and the bowl of the person in front of me while the protein was still visible. Conveniently for the store, they also don't seem to be issuing paper receipts. If this happens again I am simply going to refuse the order and go to a different store.

  One guy and he is taking 3 minutes for each person. Took 10 minutes to make order for family of four. The other three guys in there are sort of working. This is on June 20, 2026 at 3pm

  This chipotle is the most stingy chipotle I’ve ever been too they put no rice and for double chicken they only put 5 ounces when it’s supposed to be 8 ounces. Last but not least they don’t know how to wrap a burrito.

  I’ve visited this Chipotle twice, and both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit, the employees serving food were busy talking among themselves and seemed more focused on their conversations than on customers. They were not friendly at all. The experience reminded me of the famous Seinfeld “Soup Nazi” episode—ordering felt unnecessarily stressful. Even when the restaurant was nearly empty, the place was extremely noisy, with music playing far too loud. What I also find concerning is that, after everything we learned during COVID, customers are still expected to grab utensils that are left completely exposed in the open. On my second visit, I decided to order takeout, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was worse. I ordered a bowl and asked the employee to stop adding rice, but they kept going and overloaded the bowl. I requested tomatoes and received only a tiny spoonful because the container was almost empty, and no effort was made to refill it. The portion of meat was also very small. Once again, the staff seemed distracted, talking to each other and calling out to coworkers rather than paying attention to customers. At this point, I’d rather buy the ingredients already prepared at Publix and make my own bowl at home. And seriously—why is the music so loud?
