The young man on the line had a horrible attitude and seemed like he didn’t care or that he wanted to work. The young lady if I remember correctly said her name was Destiny , she came in and washed up and got down to business. It’s a problem with me that the young man just left her there alone and she was pushing out orders doing cashier and making her own rice and such and restocking with no help. I think this young lady deserves a praise she got the line down and done and out in under 30min. I sat and ate there was there for a good 45mim after I ordered and she was still doing everything by herself with no help. I think that this is outrageous and that corporate should be aware of just how hard she works. This is not the first time I have came here and she was doing line and online orders cutting meats and making rices and doing cash by herself. Where are the other employees that should be helping o yeah that’s right they in the back or standing by the soda machine texting or outside texting or in back. For the GM please give this young lady a raise

We asked for a glove change due to celiac disease and the lady seemed like she had NO IDEA what we were talking about. She looked over to her co-worker and starts speaking Spanish to make fun of us and points at us laughing. They changed the gloves but were extremely snobby, rude, and incompetent. Not being able to speak the language of the country we live in is a big enough issue in itself. Food was also bland.
