At the young age of 22, Adrianne Calvo was inspired to open her namesake restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar (“Chef Adrianne’s”). The restaurant quickly grew in popularity with Calvo’s Maximum Flavor cuisine infused in all corners of the menu – from her 24-hour Braised Prime Beef Short Rib to her insta-famous French Onion Soup (only served on Tuesdays).
In 2014 and 2017, Chef Adrianne’s was awarded Best Restaurant by Miami New Times’ Readers’ Choice Awards, but Calvo had more than just the fan vote, the media agreed. The restaurant was also named among Zagat’s 15 Most Unique Restaurants and noted as one of the 17 Most Important Restaurants in Miami by Thrillist.

- MOmirely ortiz6 days ago3.0Went for the Miami spice lunch and was very disappointed. The tomato bisque was good but all the entrees at the table were very bland and flavorless. I received the chicken Milanese which was just a fried piece of chicken with no flavor and a small side or greenery with no tomatoes. Then the dessert was a pavlova that was basically merengue with like 2 pieces of strawberry and two blackberries.
- ARAnely Rodríguez6 days ago1.0Wow! All I gotta say … soooo Disappointed been coming here since chef Adrienne’s was on 147th ave! Seen her grow as well as her family. Literally her biggest fans. Go to her restaurant at least every other week. I took my sister to the lunch Miami spice deal how embarrassing. my sister got the chicken Milanes, which was a piece of fried chicken with no taste at all and a side salad that had I believe it was goat cheese on top of it. We asked the waiter where’s all the rest of the toppings and he said oh let me bring you the cherry tomatoes. I guess they forgot about it. I got the Seabass which tasted extremely fishy and it was pretty terrible and it was just a piece of fish no sides no nothing. I got deathly sick afterwards was throwing up in the parking lot, next we ordered the dessert as how can you go wrong with a dessert and my sister got the povola which at the very least have fruits on top. We counted three blueberries one blackberry and a quarter of a strawberry on top of a what looked like whipped cream $160 later sick and so embarrassed and disappointed. I’m in shock. Do better or don’t offer Miami spice at all. That’s an insult to people trying out your restaurant.

His attention to detail, patience in answering any questions, checking up on us and ensuring the meals were extra top notch! My family definitely enjoyed this birthday me even more thanks to him. We will definitely be back and always ask for him! Thank you Alonso, I think you deserve a raise!!!

Did not expect this level of service but was so pleasantly surprised. Looking around at other tables, safe to say all the dishes on the menu are fantastic. We could’ve stayed all day. Will definitely be back. The table ordered Salmon Crispy Rice, Barramundi, Wagyu Burger, Potstickers, honey bread, Crème Brûlée, Pavlova and Bread Pudding. All 10/10
