- POP. O'Toole-RodriguezMar 15, 20261.0I observed a male and 2 female employees handling food without any hair covering at all. I verbally complained directly to one of the female employees (in Spanish). They made no attempt at all to correct the violation. Check the cameras about 12:08pm 03/15/2026. Only 1 male employee has a black hat on all the other employees have zero hair covering.

I couldn't get the cup I paid for because she was not understanding English. The whole process was frustrating and the food was not great either. So there's that.
