  The food was edible, but I was very disappointed. I paid $30 and received what felt like almost no sauces—about one teaspoon each of the dressing, tzatziki, and hummus. The portions were extremely small, and it definitely wasn't worth the price. I don't mind paying for quality, but I expected much better value for what I received.

  Disgusting horrible food. $27 delivered for a single falafel bowl, rice is all hard and clumped together, falafel is falling apart and tastes like freezer burn, the brocolli topping is all crunchy ends, absolutely disgusting. I cannot even bring myself to eat it because it’s so bad. This is the last time i’ll ever eat from cava, and i will be reporting this location to cava so i can get my money back for this disgusting bowl you sent me. If you’re thinking about getting food from cava in aventura, think twice! So many better options in terms of TASTE and PRICE. Nasty place 🤮🤮

  I walk-in last week to pick up my online order July 9 . I had to use to the restroom really bad and when I went in their was diarrhea all in toilet bowl. The women’s restroom was horrible. Mind you I walked In at 10:30am soon as they open. That just left me know the night shift program probably didn’t clean up . yesterday July 13 I order my usual but through Uber eats because I couldn’t pick my food up and my food tasted old not hot and they forgot to pack my free pita bread . I eat at this location almost 4 times a week and I don’t think I’ll be coming here again . I was very disappointed with my order yesterday

  Cava is quickly becoming my favorite chain. Not only is their food fresh, portions generous, and at least feels healthy but also the consistency is great. Can't complain enough about the times going to another chain (chipotle) and being disappointed by old/stale food. Cava on the other hand does not have these issues and this location is no exception. Loved the food like always and even the people I brought to try it out felt the same. Service was impeccable, especially Santino who was helpful throughout the entire process and gave good menu recs on the pita chips. 10/10

  I would like to recognize Kyra for the outstanding customer service she provided during my recent visit to CAVA. From the moment she greeted me, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful while assisting me with my order. She took the time to answer my questions, made excellent recommendations, and ensured I had a great experience. Kyra's professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. She made me feel welcomed and valued, and it's employees like her who keep customers coming back. I also believe Kyra has the qualities of a strong leader. Based on the exceptional service she provided, I would love to see her in a managerial role one day. She is a tremendous asset to your team, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for consistently going above and beyond. Thank you, Kyra, for making my visit such a positive experience!
