  Placed an order for delivery and Door Dash never delivered the food. No Call and marked delivered. The person never called, I tried to call and text the driver - no response and no response to Door Dash customer service. I'd think twice if you want an order delivered by Door Dash with Cava.

  Decided to try this location for the second time after I ordered for pickup and they made my order 80% dressing and barely any chicken. This time, there was 3-4 workers and somehow the line was barely moving, one lady left in the middle because they were taking so long and one of the workers returned her bowl back into the serving tins🤮.

  The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and the portions were generous. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick and healthy meal in the area. Highly recommend!

  Food was delicious and fresh, everything was going well until the end. When my husband wanted to order something to go. There was a line and to make it more efficient I ordered thru the app while dining in. Well what a regret to wait 45 mins for some pita chips and hummus. The reason I even bothered waiting was bc I was talking w a friend and we were catching up. I went up to the counter twice and the cashier just kept saying if your order isn’t at the shelf they are working on it? Second time I’m like this is already premade how long does it take? The app said ready in 15 mins 15 mins ago. Had to get a manager involved after requesting a refund. No apologies or anything, this location lacks service.

  I'm really not one to write bad reviews, but my experience with this location was just SO disappointing. I've had the Hialeah locations several times and never had an issue—they fill my bowl up to the point where the lid can barely fit on it. I ordered from this Aventura location today via Doordash since it was close to my job and I wanted some good lunch. I was okay with the upcharges + service fees because I figured it would be a full bowl. I also convinced my coworkers to get some as well because I was hyping it up to be great and good portions for the amount of money. HOWEVER, when I received the order, I had to laugh because it was just absolutely ridiculous. The 3 bowls were all practically half empty. 3 little pieces of the spicy lamb, despite selecting a "full portion" of it; 2 little pieces of cucumber etc... I reported it with photos and only got a $9 refund for a $65 order. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing, especially for first timers.
