  Let's reflect on this: it's unacceptable that people have such a bad opinion of this fast-food restaurant. Their customer service is terrible. Let's look at the night shift; it's the worst. The service is awful, the staff is rude, you can order food and they take 30 minutes or an hour to give it to you. The line is endless at night, and they almost never have what you ask for, only the bare minimum. When you call to complain, it's pointless because they're all in cahoots with each other. They need to rethink their approach if they want to provide proper and excellent service because it's truly embarrassing to eat there. They don't even look at you when you're at the counter; you wait several minutes before they take pity on you. Uber drivers pick up their orders and treat them like they're the plague. Remember, they work just like you and they're customers because the people they serve are also customers. For example, when I arrive to buy something and they're there, that person has already placed their order and paid for their food, but it also seems like they're doing them a favor. They're doing this, and many people are telling them to cancel their order because it takes too long. That's their opinion. I hope someone sees this comment. Ideally, they should improve their service, especially at night. They should clean everything. It's impossible to prosper; everyone needs a job, but if you don't like it, there are other options. Don't work at something you don't like. Be happy, at least by not getting in the way of others. Thank you...

  17 minutes in the lobby waiting for 1 combo while 2 cars passed in the drive thru

  Fire your night shift cashier! His English is poor and he's slow. The drive thru line has NOT moved for 20 minutes so far. And you can see it on your cameras so maybe hire better workers! It's 1am so maybe think about the people that work around this time!

  Hola , pues la verdad ...no fue agradable La mesa estaba sucia y a mi eaposo le toco limpiarla porq solo habia una persona en caja y como dos en cosina El servicio A mi hijo le salio en la hamburgersa un tronco de Batavia grandisima ... Por ahorrar wn personal dañan la atencion ..y la calidad del producto .
