    He ido a otras sucursales y siempre había salido contenta, aquí nadie nos recibió en la entrada, así que de tanto esperar nos tuvimos que sentar, la mesera se veía molesta por la decisión de sentarnos solos pero nos atendió “bien” pedimos alitas sin hueso, nos trajeron con hueso, no las quisimos cambiar porque teníamos hambre, no estaba segura qué tan picante pedir y pedí uno muy picante no lo pude comer jeje fue mi culpa pero bueno, deberían advertirle a la gente que tan picante es. El restaurante tiene un punto de localización muy bueno, lástima que tengan tantos problemas juntos, no volveré a esta sucursal

    VICTOR AND TIM ARE AMAZING!!!! They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, personable, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Best server in the building and a true hands on manager.

    La peor experiencia, llegué desde Pensilvania hacer turismo y comer algo cuando llegue me voy afuera con mi familia para comer y no me atendían, entré para comunicarme con la costumer y saber si podían atenderme y con una actitud pésima solo dijo: NO TE PUEDO ATENDER AFUERA!!!!!! No vayan a ese local porque te tratar de lo peor!!!!!!!

    Ich war ein großer Fan von Buffalo Wild Wings und habe bereits Filialen in Orlando und anderen Städten besucht. Aber diese Filiale hier ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich, und die Wings waren unglaublich klein – so etwas habe ich bei Buffalo Wild Wings noch nie erlebt. Ich kann von dieser Filiale wirklich nur abraten. Besonders negativ war das Verhalten unserer Kellnerin. Am Eingang gab es kein Schild und keinen Hinweis darauf, ob man dort warten oder selbst hineingehen soll. Wir haben deshalb etwa zehn Minuten gewartet. Da drinnen fast alles frei war und niemand kam, sind wir schließlich hineingegangen. Daraufhin wurden wir direkt pampig und unfreundlich angesprochen. Als wir der Kellnerin gesagt haben, dass wir ihr Verhalten sehr unfreundlich finden und nichts dafür können, wenn am Eingang keine entsprechenden Hinweise stehen, wurde sie sogar aggressiv und wollte sofort den Manager holen. So etwas habe ich bei Buffalo Wild Wings noch nie erlebt. Für mich war das definitiv das letzte Mal in dieser Filiale. Absolut keine Empfehlung. I was a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have visited locations in Orlando and other cities, but this location was an absolute disaster. The staff was extremely unfriendly, and the wings were unbelievably small – I have never experienced anything like this at Buffalo Wild Wings before. I absolutely cannot recommend this location. The behavior of our waitress was particularly disappointing. There was no sign or indication at the entrance telling customers whether they were supposed to wait there or seat themselves. We waited for about ten minutes, and since almost everything inside was empty and nobody came to us, we eventually walked in. We were immediately spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner. When we told the waitress that we found her behavior very unfriendly and explained that we couldn’t be blamed for not knowing what to do when there were no instructions at the entrance, she actually became aggressive and immediately wanted to call the manager. I have never experienced anything like this at Buffalo Wild Wings. This was definitely my last visit to this location. Absolutely not recommended.

    Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Let me start with - the waitress was great, but management is absolutely horrendous. We walked in and it took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged because the hostess was also the person cleaning tables. We get seated and wait another 10 minutes before I literally have to go bring a waitress to my table. We order everything at once as to not need to wait any longer - the person takes our order but says our waitress is going to be the person that was actually going to be the bartender. The poor waitress was bartending, waiting 10 tables and needing to run her own food from the kitchen. She comes to our table 10 minutes later to confirm the order the previous waitress took that we “thought” was already in process. The food takes 1 hr 15 minutes to arrive - all we ordered were appetizers. The fries we got were overcooked and heavily greased and the chicken nachos had cold chicken on them. For the entire duration of time we were there, the manager was uninterested in making sure the store ran correctly in any way and spent much of his time just glancing at his phone while no trying to tend to the fact that every piece of the business was short staffed and running inefficiently. I will NEVER come back to this location again and strongly hope one of these reviews results in something more than “We’re sorry you had that experience”.
