  We've been going to Bonefish Grill in Kendall since they opened but wanted to say that this last Friday we went and were impressed by the service of Vicky, our very friendly waitress. She is friendly, attentive and her smile wins you over immediately! We were also welcomed by Marissa, the Manager of the restaurant, who is constantly walking around the restaurant making sure everyone is being taking care of.

  Came for lunch hour and Erick W was our server. May i say the absolute best server i have ever had in any restaurant. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order given that we had a dietary restriction at the table. The kitchen manager himself made a dish to accommodate that. Erick’s attitude, demeanor and overall service was outstanding and I wish every server was like him. Truly an amazing person

  Llevo varios años visitando Bonefish Grill y siempre he disfrutado junto a mi familia de su deliciosa comida, excelente presentación y maravilloso servicio. Quiero hacer este reconocimiento porque todo esfuerzo merece su mérito, y especialmente Maritza, la manager, merece ser reconocida por su extraordinaria atención. Su amabilidad, respeto y trato tan acogedor hacen que uno se sienta como en familia. Siempre está pendiente de los clientes y de su equipo, demostrando una verdadera dedicación a su trabajo. A la vez, quiero reconocer a Bri, Ángel y a otra señora de nacionalidad Peruana y a todo el equipo por su excelente servicio. Gracias a todos por hacer de cada visita una experiencia extraordinaria, y reitero un reconocimiento muy especial a Maritza por su gran labor.

  Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My waitress, Emily, was genuinely the best. She was so nice, attentive, easygoing, lighthearted, and sweet. We were joking back and forth throughout the meal, and she just made everything feel so comfortable and enjoyable. It was especially meaningful because it was my birthday, and Emily really made the experience feel complete. She went above and beyond without ever making it feel forced or like she was just doing her job. She was just genuinely kind and pleasant to be around. I can honestly say Emily is the type of waitress I’d specifically ask for every time I come back. She really was the best, and I’m so glad she was part of my birthday experience. Bonefish Grill was great, but Emily absolutely made it even better.

  SMH, what can I say....going to the restaurant after 15 year,yes 15 years because I cook for myself and do not trust any restaurants BUT I wanted to experience this and maybe it changed over the years....the atmosphere had too much noise coming the bar on to the dinning room that is adjacent plus it was very cold and not to mention the greasy food....people have no taste buds at all,dam greed give you trashy food but as long as the money comes in....very disappointed, it enforced my opinion about these trashy places that called restaurant....my time has wasted,money has been wasted and embarrassment front of my lady who thought I actually recommended this "restaurant " for the service and food....manager do not need to write back because the decision have been made.....GARBAGE,,,TOTALLY GARBAGE......no seasoning on food..... My last time stepping into this garbage restaurant.
