  Bonefish Grill has become one of our favorite places, and a huge reason why is Vanessa! She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had. Vanessa is kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit feel special. She always has fantastic recommendations, makes sure our food comes out fresh and perfect, and somehow always knows exactly what to suggest whether we’re choosing an entrée, appetizer, or drink. Gigi is another standout member of the team, a phenomenal hostess with the best energy. Always makes us feel like we are right at home! Beyond Vanessa, the entire team deserves recognition. From the hosts greeting you at the door, to the bussers keeping everything spotless, to the kitchen consistently putting out amazing food, every single person contributes to such a wonderful dining experience. The service is seamless, the food is always on point, the drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every employee clearly takes pride in what they do, but that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Thank you, Vanessa, and the entire Bonefish team for always making us feel so welcome. We look forward to coming back again and again!

  We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to our waiter Eric. He provided excellent service from start to finish, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service, we will definitely be back!

  From the moment we walked in, our experience at Bonefish was absolutely exceptional. Manager Marissa Merino went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail truly set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Our waiter, Angel, was just as incredible. He was attentive without ever being overbearing, made wonderful recommendations, checked on us at all the right times, and had such a warm, positive personality that made our meal even more enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality he showed was beyond anything we expected. Both Marissa and Angel treated us with so much kindness and made us feel like honored guests rather than just another table. Their compliments, attentiveness, and genuine desire to ensure we had a perfect experience did not go unnoticed. Service like this is rare, and because of them, we would return a thousand times over without hesitation. They are a true credit to Bonefish, and we hope they receive the recognition they deserve.   Just left the Kendall location extremely disappointed with our service today. We usually go on the days Johny works bc he's really amazing, but today we were totally neglected, waitress no where to be found, no straws, got the order wrong, not once checked if drinks ran out. Totally disappointed with the service however the food is always good. We also wanted to order food to bring to a friend but since we had to flag down our waitress in order to pay we decided to just pick up something somewhere else. I will make sure to go back only on days Johny is working.

  This is by far the best Bonefish of all! Been coming here for years and I never get dissapointed, but tonight was special, our waiter Taylor oh boy this kid has a beautiful light , I felt his vibe I can tell he is a pure heart and on top of that a great server , I hope management tells him about this review, every little detail makes a person day ! I came to get my usual sea bass and had a great night with Hubby even though it was not in our plans to come in today we had a great time ! It was a pleasure having you as a server Tylor you rock ! See you soon 🥰🙏
