  You should really really be careful with who you put up front, the young girl that gave us service (if you can call that service) was nasty, with super bad mood and no wish to give service what so ever, wanted to rush us and keep forgetting our order and trying 3 times to prepare it. It was bad

  I’m visiting from NY and was hoping to get a good bagel. Based off the reviews I thought this place would be great. My bagel was terrible. It was cold and stale tasting. I didn’t get it toasted because I thought it would be a fresh bagel that was just made. It tasted so old. There were also so many nats inside the pastry cabinet. I saw about 10 of them on a Cinnabon pastry. Also the lady at the register was pretty cold. No smile no customer service skills. When asked about the meat her response was this is a kosher place. Last time I checked kosher does not mean vegan. Meat can be kosher. Will never return or recommend. Waste of $40.

  Never in my life have I seen a restaurant this dirty—and I’m not exaggerating. The floors, garbage cans, countertops, and walls all look like they haven’t been properly cleaned since the place opened. The first time I visited, I assumed maybe I had caught them on a bad day. Unfortunately, I’ve now been here about five times over the past eight months, and every single time the condition of the restaurant has been absolutely appalling. It genuinely seems like there is no one responsible for cleaning or maintaining the store. I strongly urge management or ownership to visit this location unannounced and take a serious look at the level of filth. What makes it even harder to understand is that their prices are higher than probably 99% of bagel shops—including many kosher ones—yet they don’t seem to reinvest any of that premium into basic cleanliness and hygiene. The service doesn’t help either. Employees are frequently on their phones or Apple Watches, and asking for help or simply trying to place an order often feels like you’re inconveniencing them. The attitude is completely unnecessary. For the prices they charge, customers should be able to expect, at the absolute minimum, a clean restaurant and courteous service. This location falls shockingly short on both.
