My recent dining experience here was nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. First and foremost, the service was absolutely stellar. A huge, heartfelt shoutout to Kristina and Oscar. They truly went above and beyond to make our night special. Khristina was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and had the best energy, while Oscar anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. Their warmth and professionalism elevate the entire dining experience—they are absolute rockstars! And the food? **Phenomenal.** Every single dish was an absolute masterpiece of flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. It is hands down some of the best Indian cuisine you can find in Miami.   Sorry to say but the food was horrible not the same what it used to be before pakoras tasted bitter and rancid , chutneys were watered down no taste what so ever! Dosa and utappam were served with dal instead of sambhar , what on earth! I have had frozen meals better then this food Speaking of service , the server/waiter was more focused in phone calls Never coming back again , sorry sir

  As a lover of Indian food I always look for an authentic Indian restaurant when I travel. If you’re in Miami, Ashoka is a must. Rarely do you get both delicious food and excellent service at a restaurant. Ask for Raj and have an enchanted meal. My beautiful daughter also loved it and wants to add: He was so sweet! I recommend asking for him because he will really elevate your dining experience. The decor is also very calming, and there is a water fountain in the middle of the restaurant! Love.

  Ashoka nails both the food and the hospitality, which is a rare combo. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like regulars — warm, attentive without hovering, and happy to walk us through the menu when we asked. They remembered a small request mid-meal without being reminded, which says a lot about how they run the floor. The food matched the care behind it: rich, well-balanced curries, breads that came out hot and fresh, and flavors that tasted like someone actually cared about getting them right rather than just plating them fast. Nothing felt like it was phoning it in. It’s rare to feel this taken care of at a restaurant these days, both in the kitchen and on the floor. Highly recommend.

  We’ve been here twice now, and both visits have been fantastic. The food is consistently delicious — the Chicken Cashew Curry is an absolute must-try and has been a hit every time. What really stood out on our most recent visit was that they didn’t have aloo palak on the menu, but they were kind enough to make it for us anyway. It was phenomenal! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, especially for the price. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it genuinely feels like family when we come here. A special shoutout to our server, Patrick, who was phenomenal. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Great food, fair prices, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be back!
