    ordered a chicken bacon swiss sandwich with curly fries. sandwich was cold, and fries were cold too. Then the chicken was chewy, indicating that they gave me old food that has been sitting out for a long time

    I’m biased! I just love Arby’s! You can’t ever go wrong w the giant roast beef. I love the Arby’s sauce, but love dipping it in their (au jus) sauce. Simply awesome!
