So I walked in, asked for a chicken Thai wrap and I got a Thai wrap with sprinkle with a teaspoon of chicken in it. If you want chicken, I’d advise you to go pollo tropical for $12. You’ll get a huge Tropic chop. I opened the wrap. I don’t even wanna post a picture was lettuce. The Thai crunch stuff and sauce on the other half of the wrap was a teaspoon of boiled chicken. First time , last time

The service is awesome. Thr staff is friendly. It is my go to place every Sunday. The service is fast and accurate. Love the crew that works there.
HORRIBLE!!!
I’m writing to report a very negative experience I had at a Jimmy John’s due to the behavior of a manager on duty. During my visit, the manager acted in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and respectfully, they spoke in an extremely rude manner, which made the situation uncomfortable.
Customer service is a major part of why people choose where to eat, and this interaction did not meet even basic expectations. I believe employees—especially those in leadership roles—should treat paying customers with courtesy and professionalism at all times. They need to be held accountable for their behavior.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so future customers don’t have to deal with such a negative experience.
Very poor customer service. The manager’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing when leadership sets such a negative tone for the entire experience. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.
