  "Service" was bad, and responses to our complaints were worse. My wife had to wait 50 minutes for a take-out order. Apparently, our on-line order never made its way to the kitchen until after the order was supposed to be ready. No one apologized, and no one offered her anything to make up for this obvious error. When we tried to at least get a refund on the prepaid tip, we met evasion & deception. We were told that only the manager could make such a refund, but he has never been available when we tried to reach him, and he won't return our calls. We've had past mix-ups with on-line orders, but the restaurants have made efforts (including refunds) to make up for it. Sins doesn't care. They have your $, and you're at their mercy. Go elsewhere.

  Great atmosphere food is great Levi’s and Nadia are very attentive to your needs and menu recommendations are great. Drinks are balance if you like to relax and enjoy the afternoon this the place to be at.. will definitely be back the oysters are amazing the pork belly to die for. Great lil spot at Miami shores

  This was my first time here and the first thing we noticed was that our server, Levis was only trying to up charge us instead of recommending what we were looking for. We went with sliders for the appetizer, and when he came back, he brought 2 orders when we only ordered 1. After he took back his mistake to the window, he then proceeded to disappear for around 20 minutes. I heard the order bell in the window ring thinking it was our food and the other server brought us a pasta that we did not order so it goes back to the window and two minutes later Levis comes out, grabs the pasta and the extra sliders and sits down in front of us to eat it before our food even came out. We waited between 30 to 40 minutes for our main to come out. Meanwhile, Levis is enjoying his food watching a YouTube video hitting his vape. Thankfully Nadia was attentive to us and basically took care of us, the rest of our lunch. Other than that, the food was actually very good and Nadia was very sweet. Levis on the other hand should not be working in customer service.

  Georgina y Alejandra eran perfectas meseras. Georgina nos ayudó mucho y conectó con nuestra mesa de una manera increíble. Llegamos un poco tarde, unos minutos antes de cerrar pero ellas nos recibieron con brazos abiertos. Fueron perfecta.

  Low-key Friday night vibes, not too crowded but still a good time. Service? Could’ve been better—waitress wasn’t very attentive, not sure what was going on there. Drinks were decent but for the price, they should be stronger *and* actually list what’s in them instead of just cute names and pics. Now the food? That’s where they redeemed themselves. Lamb was juicy, chickpea rice with cilantro was top-tier, and the Brussels sprouts—soft, savory, a little sweet (don’t expect crunch). I’d come back for the lamb, maybe a lunch or to-go situation. Next time though? Definitely pregaming somewhere else, then sliding through for dinner and a nice walk after. #BookedandBeyond ✈️🍽️ #FridayNight
