What I got was this almost white milky sugary drink! It’s two shots of espresso , it’s suppose to be dark and velvety but these DD workers think we are dumb . So then even though I asked for 1 pump of cookie , they had 13 to mask the color and look of the shaken espresso! It’s sucks when you litteraly gambling to see if they make it the same way they made it JUST THE DAY BEFORE

However, after returning, she was on her Bluetooth headset talking on the phone loudly while working. A male coworker asked her to help prepare drinks due to a growing line of customers while she was handling hot food. She reportedly responded that customers could wait and continued talking on the phone. As a result, the line continued to back up. I received my order and left, and later noticed the same employee had gone outside, leaving her coworker alone inside while customers were still present.”

- AAAmicoMay 31, 20261.0Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ in all of Miami. I placed a mobile order online, drove over to pick it up, and was told they were out of glazed blueberry donuts. Fine — mistakes happen. But when I calmly asked them to remove the item from my order and refund me, the employee became outrageously rude and began making threats. This is not just bad customer service — this is threatening and hostile behavior toward a paying customer who did absolutely nothing wrong. I have never been treated this way at any food establishment in my life. I will be filing a formal complaint with Dunkin’ corporate. If you value your time, money, and personal safety — drive past this location and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other Dunkin’ spots in Miami with staff that actually respect their customers.
