There are two ladies are always amazing! Be since they haired a girl named "heaven " this place got faster !!! She is super quick and very very helpful ! Sooo amazing ! Dunkin needs to increase the payment of these employees ! And also heaven should become a shift supervisor immediately . Thanks heaven

He’s Sending incorrect orders to his staff, and then going to hide in the back away from the customers while his staff suffers and has to basically redo everyone’s drinks. Then when you ask for the manager, he’s nowhere to be found and won’t come out the back. As an owner or manager, you should be supporting your staff, not making things harder for them. A despicable way to run a business.
