I had redeemed my rewards through the app and gave the code and it wasn’t redeemed and it trying to charge me for multiple items. This is my first and LAST time going to this Burger King. Please drug test your employees. Horrible. I just ending up leaving. I’m heavily pregnant and was just craving a whopper jr. Shame on you guys. Please train your staff with manners and at least able to fake it till they make it when they’re high.

Have your staff CHECK THE RECEIPT before quickly handing it to the driver. The food was also ice cold upon arrival and the bag not properly sealed.
