Ghormeh Sabzi is an incredibly delicious Persian stew that is served over steamed basmati rice. It has tender cooked meat in intensely fragrant, rich and lemon herb gravy along with kidney Popularly known as the national dish of Iran, this stew is packed with protein and fiber. 12once
(12once stew) Sautéed discret beef prepared with onions and yellow split peas in a saffron tomato sauce, topped with slivered fried potatoes. Served over Basmati Rice
A signature Persian staple. This thick, wholesome soup is packed with Reshteh (traditional wheat noodles), a hearty blend of chickpeas, kidney beans, and lentils, and an abundance of fresh herbs like spinach, parsley, and cilantro.
Shahs of Kabob exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was just as great, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food (amazing chef) and making sure their customers have a great experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to everyone! 10/10! ❤️

The food was amazing unlike anything else I’ve eaten before but then again it was my first time eating Persian food but definitely won’t be my last!! It was so good I had to ask for the chef himself to come out to thank him 🤣 shoutout to Chris the chef 💯🔥

The food here is so good!! Everything tasted fresh and had so much flavor. The Persian food was delicious and the portions were great too. The place itself is really nice, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend if you’re looking for good Persian food!

Shahs of Khabob… you seductive little menace. 😮💨🔥
I came in expecting dinner and somehow left feeling like I had just been in a long-term relationship with my plate. The food was that good. Flavor so bold, so juicy, so perfectly seasoned that honestly… it felt a little inappropriate. One bite and I was already blushing. 😂
And let’s talk about Ceaser and Christian because these two deserve their flowers. 🌹 They were smooth, attentive, and charming, on top of everything. These two beautiful lumberjacks had me in aw and even had me questioning my sexuality at moments. The kind of service that makes you feel special without trying too hard. Honestly, if the food wasn’t already enough to bring me back, these two absolutely would.
The whole experience had me thinking, “Damn… I might need some privacy with this plate.” 😂
Food was flirting with me. Service was treating me right. My stomach was happy, my standards were raised, and my diet was nowhere to be found.
Shahs of Khabob, you got me good.
10/10 food.
10/10 service.
Ceaser & Christian: dangerously smooth. 🔥🌹
I’ll definitely be coming back… and next time, I’m bringing protection.

I had a good experience at the sunset location but this place is not good.
We ordered take out from here and were very disappointed with taste and portion. The chicken did not taste like it was properly marinated. Dry and flavorless. We were given 5 small pieces of chicken too. The “grilled tomato” we paid extra for was still hard and barely grilled. This was our second time at this location and the first was better but not great. The bamdenjan was bland compared to the ones I have had in the past and the meat was good. In general, the flavors are not truly Persian and we will not return. It isn’t worth the price tag
