- AAAlitza AguilarAug 15, 20265.0I would like to recognize Marcos from the Miami Lakes Papa John’s location for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic. He listened carefully to what we wanted and made my pizza exactly the way I requested it. His attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. My husband and I left the restaurant extremely happy and satisfied. Marcos is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. I highly recommend recognizing him for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine empathy toward customers. He is truly an asset to Papa John’s!

When the driver was 3 minutes away (per the PJ app), he called, shouted "TOO FAR!" into the phone, and hung up. He then cancelled the order. Since THE APP chooses the location, and not the user, I tried to call the location to straighten it out and hopefully get some dinner, but no one ever picked up. Tried to call again today (Monday), thinking surely someone will answer. Someone did, and IMMEDIATELY placed me on terminal hold, never to return.
