  I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years and have seen it through many phases of management and growth. Through it all, Einstein’s has remained a staple for me and my family. This location feels like more than just a coffee shop; it’s a gathering place for the community. You can always count on seeing a familiar face, receiving a warm smile from the staff, and enjoying a consistently great cup of coffee. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed countless breakfasts, lunches, and even catering from this team, and their service has always been second to none. Their consistency and reliability are what really stand out - good service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere every time. It’s the kind of place you can keep coming back to and know exactly what you’re going to get in the best way possible.

  I walked in this morning all staff present very welcoming polite and the most energetic workers I’ve seen especially early in the morning clean and organized and to top it all off fast service and the food fresh which is a plus for me first time here I definitely will be back and with not just myself great to all the workers there today 5 star for me!!!!

  I have been a loyal customer of Einstein's for over 20 years. I have been to several different locations. Donovan, the baker at the Miami Lakes store, is hands down the best and most consistent baker I have ever experienced. As with many establishments in the quick service food industry, there is turnover from time to time. However, they seem to have a very capable and stable crew at the store on NW 154 Street. The staff is efficient and always very pleasant. Thanks for being so great at what you guys do!

  Everything is great. But. Yes, there is always a but. Make sure you bring your own salt and pepper. Manager says “we ran out of salt and pepper”! Really? Is there a shortage of table salt and pepper?? Fast forward almost a year later and still no salt and pepper at this Einstein’s!! I wonder if all Einstein’s have a shortage. I doubt it. Unbelievable.

  Noticed that everyone in here is using the same gloves to mop the floor to serve food to ring you up same gloves with the same gloves, throwing cheese on the counter and then putting it on the sandwich…… my sandwich had hair in it very unclean restaurant stopped at this restaurant because I am doing some plastic surgery at Devon across the street ,,,,needs cleaned up learn to not put food on the counter and change your gloves
