Sometimes when people give bad reviews I don't understand why normally everywhere I go I make the best of it and this is one of the spots I recommend it to everyone.

I would recommend double checking that literate people are hired or everyone is trained with the right information. A few weeks ago a small coffee keychain was handed out for a once a day purchase of a .99 coffee until a designated set date. Today I went to use it and both the employee and manager present, read it, and said it was single use only. The fine print says otherwise, and even when it was read to them they failed to comprehend what was on the card, they then tried to keep the card themselves. Just a bit disappointed as we’ve never experienced other issues prior to this.

She is so rude. I will never come to this Dunkin'. Donuts again and I refer my police officer friends not to come here either. You might want to go ahead and talk to her or maybe change her employment. You, you'll, i've only been here in mamul lakes for twenty five years.So rude
