  August 16 at 5:07pm I went in there two older ladies there saying they not taking any orders because they wanted to go home in the next person has not came in there relive them they need to be gone that older lady does not care about anything rose

  The orders are NEVER on time. I could order an hour before, and it is never ready within the 25-30 mins

  Very disturbing atmosphere. I went to pick up an order and had to go back and forth with a very unprofessional individual. Had she not have been distracted talking to the to people working this experience could have went a lot smoother. Instead of greeting me she kept entertaining and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, professionally by asking for management I was treated very unprofessional and would never ever order here again. This lady should be addressed about her behavior at work.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 2:00 PM, and there wasn’t even a line or a long wait for customers ahead of us. Despite that, we didn’t receive our food until 3:05 PM. After waiting more than an hour, our order was still missing items. When I realized food was missing and went back to let them know, the woman preparing the food immediately became irritated. She didn’t even let me finish explaining the problem before responding with an attitude. I then tried speaking with the woman who took our order, but she acted like she couldn’t hear me and completely ignored my concerns. The girl working in the back also had a terrible attitude the entire time. The entire restaurant felt disorganized and chaotic, and no one seemed interested in helping customers. What upset me the most was that it felt like Hispanic customers were treated differently than other customers. That was my experience, and it left me feeling unwelcome. After reading previous reviews, I realized I’m not the only person who has had this kind of experience. Many customers have complained about the same issues—long delays, missing food, rude employees, and poor customer service. Management needs to take these complaints seriously because this location clearly has an ongoing pattern of poor service. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location.
