  Work time is horrible work so slow even if they see they have a store packed some be in here talking to each other & going on their phones

  This grown women named Diondra is a “manger” but very disrespectful and displeasing. She does not know how to talk to customers, has a nasty attitude and make excuses that the line is backed up but for 30 minutes I watch this girl chatter and be on her phone but yet she’s to backed up been coming here for years never had a problem if there was a issue with my order they fix it no issue no problem. Their customer service is always A1 mainly all the cashiers Temaya is great, Any Time I get my food she always ask for me to check my bag and make sure everything is up to my standards . Diondra Really do not deserve to be a manager when I spoke to her ,I spoke very polite and told her how I disliked my chicken and wanted it well done she redid thalf of my order and told me I couldn’t get the other half redone which makes no sense, If half is already redone, what makes you think I want half of my chicken fresh and then the other half the chicken that I didn’t want because it wasn’t cooked well done, she then caught a attitude and walked away. But if I’m spending $35 on some chicken, I want it done right mainly when I asked for it to be well done and it was put in the order as well done. It was only five chicken that she didn’t want to redo over which is Absurd, she needs to be replaced ASAP her attitude when Someone say something that don’t go her way her attitude shifts quickly.I’m just a customer spending my money at this establishment. She gotta do better. She needs to either be re-trained as a manager or she need to be replaced.

  What a horrible experience I had at this Wingstop, I have been a customer to this Wingstop for years and I’ve never received wings with so much hair on it, I am absolutely disgusted and I will probably never eat at another Wingstop. The manager was also no help. This meal was inedible. A waste of $40!

  I placed an online order and requested all flats for 1 of 3 combo meals. The flavors I requested were bbq and garlic Parmesan, hot lemon pepper (which you have to call them and request that particular flavor) for the other 2 combo meals. When I called I was told that I couldn’t get all flats although I paid for my order already. The manager said to compensate me for my trouble they would add in extra fries. WELL, what I received was one of the drinks was seltzer water, only some of my wings were hot lemon pepper, I did not get the extra fries and I was not refunded my up charge for not getting all flats. When I called to advise them of the problems I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes then someone came to the phone to tell me that the manager was busy and can’t deal with my issue. If I wanted to continue to hold on then it would be at least another 8 minute wait. I frequent the Wingstop on 2nd Ave and 213 street in Miami Gardens because it’s closer to home. Now I’m gonna have to travel a little further should I want to continue to patronize Wingstop. I hope management gets this review and look into fixing the problems.
