- EBEboni Bless3 days ago1.0I’m not sure why the guy K thought it was funny when I ask for my island green to be made correctly after coming to this location multiple times I just noticed that when I visit after location my smoothie don’t look or taste the same but anyways I think he’s very unprofessional and customer service sucks and management really need to consider speaking with him and when ask how much extra would something cost instead of getting a attitude or laughing at the customer provide excellent customer service!!!!
- FPFlorida Rose PMay 30, 20262.0I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Café; however, this particular location may benefit from additional staff training regarding smoothie preparation. My smoothie was not blended thoroughly and contained large chunks of banana, pineapple, and ice. Unfortunately, I could not even drink it through a straw and had to use a spoon instead. I had stopped visiting this location for a while and recently decided to give it another chance, but I was reminded why I stopped coming in the first place. Properly blending a smoothie is a basic expectation, especially when the store was not busy at the time of my visit. I hope management can address this issue and provide additional blender training to staff. Customers should not have to eat large chunks of fruit in something that is supposed to be a smooth, enjoyable drink.
- QQQueenMay 6, 20261.0I go to the Miami Gardens location at least 3 times a week. I was very disappointed today. This is my first time seeing the worker Chanda and she was so rude and nasty to me. I asked if she can give me the rest of the smoothie that I paid for. She quickly poured it out and said I can't. I explained they gave it to me yesterday, like they usually do. Chanda rolled her eyes and became sarcastic. Manager Jordan explained that I would have to pay for the cup, but Chanda poured it out so quick without giving me the choice. My smoothie was very watery and not completely blended and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I get the same smoothie each time I go there, so I know exactly how it be. I will not be going back there.
- JCJoseph C.May 4, 20265.0So happy to have returned to this franchise after not having them in a long time. The wrap and smoothie were as deliciously satisfying as I remember. The workers were kind and efficient and definitely deserve a raise and a union. Unfortunately it is a fast franchise in the suburban Floridian America the Beige wasteland... and this one design-wise (inside and out) was more soulless and stripped of any aesthetic or feeling of being in the tropics. So while we can appreciate its corporate standardized efficiency, can't help but resent its soulless capitalistic extraction. Lastly, the store is sited in a strip mall configuration (which admittedly, is out of its control somewhat) that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment. For these reasons, I wanted to give 4/5 stars, but the food, the main reason we come, absolutely delivers, earning a full 5.

I order the jerk chicken wrap which has not only over salted items (rice) but the pineapples taste spoiled! After reporting and rewrapping the meal, I opened my cookie package and was disappointed that the cookie was stale. My overall experience was less than ideal and I'm hesitant on placing any orders through Tropical Smoothie, ever again. I called the store in order to help rectify the situation but no one answered and their voicemail box was full.
