  I go to the Miami Gardens location at least 3 times a week. I was very disappointed today. This is my first time seeing the worker Chanda and she was so rude and nasty to me. I asked if she can give me the rest of the smoothie that I paid for. She quickly poured it out and said I can't. I explained they gave it to me yesterday, like they usually do. Chanda rolled her eyes and became sarcastic. Manager Jordan explained that I would have to pay for the cup, but Chanda poured it out so quick without giving me the choice. My smoothie was very watery and not completely blended and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I get the same smoothie each time I go there, so I know exactly how it be. I will not be going back there.

  So happy to have returned to this franchise after not having them in a long time. The wrap and smoothie were as deliciously satisfying as I remember. The workers were kind and efficient and definitely deserve a raise and a union. Unfortunately it is a fast franchise in the suburban Floridian America the Beige wasteland... and this one design-wise (inside and out) was more soulless and stripped of any aesthetic or feeling of being in the tropics. So while we can appreciate its corporate standardized efficiency, can't help but resent its soulless capitalistic extraction. Lastly, the store is sited in a strip mall configuration (which admittedly, is out of its control somewhat) that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment. For these reasons, I wanted to give 4/5 stars, but the food, the main reason we come, absolutely delivers, earning a full 5.

  After ordering via Uber Eats, I received a partial order (a common mistake with this particular store and an entirely inedible meal. I order the jerk chicken wrap which has not only over salted items (rice) but the pineapples taste spoiled! After reporting and rewrapping the meal, I opened my cookie package and was disappointed that the cookie was stale. My overall experience was less than ideal and I'm hesitant on placing any orders through Tropical Smoothie, ever again. I called the store in order to help rectify the situation but no one answered and their voicemail box was full.

  I love this place. One of my favorite little spots to eat good healthy food especially after my workout. The smoothies are amazing and the food is delicious and affordable. The staff are very pleasant and super fast with the orders. I met the manager, nice and dreamy. 10 out of 10.
