Yes yesterday on august 29,2026 i was at bay 315 and the waitress when it was time to pay he literally put his own tip in the machine and i had to erase it. That is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Then when i gave him the tip on top of the bill he comes back and asks for more money and that he has change so unprofessional with that waitress and disrespectful made us feel uncomfortable never again.

We had such an amazing experience celebrating my friend’s son’s birthday at Topgolf Miami Gardens, and a huge part of that was because of our wonderful host, Cheyanne!
She was absolutely amazing from start to finish—friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was taken care of and that the birthday boy and all of the guests were having a great time. Her positive energy and attention to detail really made the celebration feel extra special.
Thank you, Cheyanne, for making the birthday such a fun and memorable experience! Topgolf is lucky to have someone like you on their team. ⭐️🎉🏌️♂️

The staff in general was not very friendly. i was rushed to pay my tab well before closing and i know the time had expired for the night and i had 1 or 2 balls to hit to finish a game and the manager just walked up and shut everything down with out saying a word and just looked at me sideways and walked away without even acknowledging my existence. I will defiantly not be back to that location and it soured my experience and probably will to visit a TopGolf again.

Please read this before booking. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I have now had a bad experience at this location twice. This time, I wasted approximately $100 on my husband’s birthday and received barely 35 minutes of actual playtime. I honestly cannot recommend this location.
I booked a 90-minute session and paid a $15 reservation fee specifically because I did not want to spend the evening waiting in a long line. About an hour before the reservation, we realized we would be approximately 20 minutes late and tried to call, but the phone system did not allow us to reach anyone who could move our reservation.
When we arrived, we were still told to stand in the regular line. It was long, with groups of 10–15 people checking in at a time, and we waited approximately 10 minutes. The staff then sent us upstairs to our assigned bay, but the entire floor was already closed. The tables had been cleared, and our bay number was no longer displayed. We had to go back downstairs, stand in the long line again, explain the situation, and wait to be moved to another floor.
An employee specifically promised that the time we lost because they sent us to a closed bay would be added back to our session. However, when our time ended, the manager came over, listened to the entire story, and then said they would not return or extend any of that time.
We accepted losing 20 minutes because we were late. But we lost another 20–25 minutes entirely because of the staff’s mistake, and they refused to give it back—even after promising they would. It was my husband’s birthday, we were polite throughout the entire situation, and there was no reason they could not let us finish the time we had paid for.
By the time we were finally seated, ordered food, and ate, we played for only about 35 minutes. We spent approximately $100 on average food and a few swings. This was my second visit, and both times there were service problems. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first experience, but I will not make that mistake a third time.
Topgolf says it is “not golf—it’s Topgolf.” Unfortunately, the price may be “top,” but the service at this location certainly is not.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Topgolf tonight. My family and I were visiting this evening and were seated in Booth 306. I do want to make one thing very clear: our server was wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and did a great job throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the way our experience ended completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant visit.
At around 9:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, we were leaving the facility, and several members of my family are in their 60s. They are not physically disabled, but the elevator is obviously much more practical and helpful for older adults, especially when leaving a large, multi-level facility.
As we were exiting, we attempted to use the elevator and an employee firmly told us that we could not use it. We did not argue, cause a scene, or make a problem. We simply followed the employee’s instructions. But honestly, we were shocked and frustrated by the way this was handled.
What bothers me is that mobility limitations are not always visible. Someone does not necessarily need to be in a wheelchair or visibly disabled to have difficulty with stairs. Customers should not be made to feel like they need to prove a medical condition just to use an elevator.
I understand that Topgolf may have legitimate safety or operational policies regarding elevator use. However, if customers are being denied access to an elevator, there should be a clear and legitimate reason, and employees should be properly trained regarding accessibility, reasonable accommodation, and equal access.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable Florida public-accommodation laws, accessibility and equal enjoyment of public facilities are serious matters. I am not claiming that simply being over 60 automatically makes someone legally disabled, it does not. My concern is that employees should not make assumptions about someone’s mobility needs simply because a limitation isn’t immediately visible.
If there was a legitimate safety or operational reason why we couldn’t use the elevator, we deserved to be told what that reason was. Instead, we were simply told no, very firmly, and left feeling like we had done something wrong by trying to use an elevator.
We weren’t asking for special treatment. We were simply trying to leave comfortably with our family, and the elevator was the more practical option for the older members of our group.
Again, our server was great and deserves recognition for her service, and I want that to be clear. My frustration is specifically with how the elevator situation was handled by the employee and the lack of a reasonable explanation.
I hope management looks into this incident, reviews the employee’s conduct and Topgolf’s policy regarding elevator access, and makes sure employees receive appropriate training regarding accessibility and reasonable accommodations.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this genuinely upset me. I would appreciate an explanation from management as to why we were prohibited from using the elevator at approximately 9:00 PM on August 11, while we were leaving from Booth 306, and what Topgolf’s actual policy is regarding customer elevator access.
