- ERElijah RamirezMay 7, 20261.0Ive never had a good experience here and i cant stand going there. i try to be optimistic but everytime go its always something or someone that never provides quality service. every employee, and i mean every employee ive had an encounter with as an attitude of some sort to the point where i dont even feel welcome to just ask for a sauce. this pollo specifically needs to do a better job at checking who their hiring or check on their behavior on the clock.

I parked near Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens while dining at the restaurant and my car was towed without any clear warning. I had financial loss and a lot of inconvenience. Lack of consideration for customers. I do not recommend it

We were turned away at a business next door and she got us out of a pickle. She’s amazing and deserves recognition for how well she manages this store.
