  Food was great, employees were friendly and the store was very clean. My reason reason for the 4 stars was the manager taking a break in the waiting area where customers are supposed and her apron was flithy covered in bagel crumbs as a manager your there to set an example for your employees. Everything good that comes to this area leaves because of poor management. Please keep this in community please check on your managers.

  Everyone was really friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The food tasted fresh and was honestly really good. This place has quickly become one of my favorites, and I’ll definitely be back.

  Today 4/20 I went to Einstein greeted well with smiles. The nice gentleman began to take my order and the manager came from the back started to scold the man who was preparing orders, then she came to the register to scold the gentleman while he was trying to take care of me. She was rude clearly did not have any respect for her employees nor the customers. they seemed very uncomfortable with her behavior. She was speaking to them as if they were a 5 year old. She really needs to clean that up. Not good.
