I ordered a meat lasagna dinner which comes with salad and 3 garlic rolls and a meatball parmesan sub with chips and 2 sodas for delivery. I was not happy with the meal I received. First, the rolls were burnt and the chips were missing (maybe they compensated this by sending an extra soda, not sure). In addition, they dressed the salad for me. I have never had a restaurant do that. They usually put the dressing in a side souffle cup. It would have been fine to dress the salad for me if they hadn't put so much dressing. The salad only had 3 half slices of tomatoes and a few shreds of lettuce. No other veggies, and it was drenched in italian dressing. The lasagna, however, was the main concern. It was very salty. Also, there was very little cheese, meat or sauce in the lasagna causing it to be flat and dried out. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was very disappointed. I usually order from Tony's on 441, but wanted to give another restaurant a try since I recently moved and Tony's is a bit farther away now. I didn't even think to take pictures of the food as I had no intentions to write a review since I called the restaurant directly to let them know how disappointed I was with the food. However, when I called the Cashier (who was very professional and empathetic) advised only he and the Cook were on shift, no Managers were available. He apologized for the experience and offered to remake the food, but said I would need to pick it up as it was now too late for a redelivery. Unfortunately I could not pick it up and I believe a refund would have been a better resolution as meat sauces are usually made in batches and ingredients pre-made hence the meal may still have not been to my liking. I advised the Cashier I would call the Manager today, 05/30 and he said call after 2PM. However, when I woke up the next morning the restaurant was still in my Google search and I decided to write this review especially since I have a busy day and may not get around to calling. They have my information and should do the honorable thing and reach out to me to make this right. Absolutely no care went into the meal that was served to us. I am not sure how this restaurant achieved it's 4.5 rating which is what led me to order, but my experience was not good. Restaurants need to be careful with the salt content in food as it can negatively impact a customer's health. It makes me sad 😢 that someone put that little care in the food they prepared. Love is the main ingredient in food. I wish more restaurants operated by this principle. ☹️ This is a lengthy review, sorry, I'm just explaining the experience and how it left me feeling. Update: The owner called the next day, apologized and offered a refund with the opportunity to revisit. By no means should this review be used as a reason to not visit their restaurant as they've had several positive reviews. Give them a try for yourself. Perhaps this was just a bad night for whatever reason(s). On the other hand, the customer service was A+ and that says a lot about an establishment too.

I wanted pizza but I didn't want the regular franchise ones nor I wanted a whole pie. I decided to come here because I saw that they actually have a Two Slice combo (not many places sell this, these days). I ordered them with extra cheese & pepperoni. The pizza was fantastic, nice crispy crust, great taste and the price was fantastic (can't beat it) . Being a New Yorker all my life this is the closest pizza I had to the original. Most definitely will go back when I have a graving for this combo, also I highly recommend you give it a try.
