  There not welcoming attitude sucks have to wait on food one server in rush hour give you very little servings even when you ask for more you will pay the difference not so clean at this location sucks

  Definitely not the best chipotle. I only go here because of the drive through convenience but is it really convenient when you order online and still have to wait over 20 minutes for your food? By the time you get your food it’s cold

  I so wish they had a zero star rating on Google!! I’m never the type to review anything until I experienced things like this.. It makes no sense the way every time I go to this location(Which I hardly do) Only three times I’ve been I should never give any chances. Every experience gets worse. The Food area Very dirty. The workers are lazy.. The food trays are never filled they give you scraps of food.. The service is sloppy. ( they just throw your food all kind of ways ).I don’t know who managed this location, but it needs an immediate shutdown!! They never have any stocked items like Sauce or it’s never available.. my presentation after paying for what I expected is never appealing.. the sh*t is a mess!! After coming here, I Definitely recommend McDonald’s over it At this point. Do not eat here. If the presentation looks like this in the front Where Customers can see.. Imagine what you can’t see in the back!! Absolutely Disgusting.

  I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star!!! Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to assist a paying customer. Instead of addressing the issue and helping me receive my order, she locked the service window, ignored me, and refused to give me my food. What made the situation even worse was her attitude and lack of professionalism. Customers should never be treated this way, especially by someone in a management position. A manager should be setting an example for their employees and making an effort to resolve customer concerns—not ignore customers and refuse to communicate. I left extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way I was treated. Management needs to seriously address this employee’s behavior and provide better customer service training. I will definitely think twice before spending my money at this location again. She even told all the cars in the drive thru to get out and get there food from the inside because she didn’t want to open the windows to give me my food. All I asked was can she check my order because I was missing my chips and she told me no!! And then towards the end she said “I’ll give you your food if you come inside and get it!” Wowwww!! Btw i ordered drive thru pickup because I wasn’t dressed properly to get out.
