  The service at Celine was terrible; I arrived and was first in line, but I waited about 10 minutes without being helped while the staff just chatted and cleaned the place.

  La falta de higiene en este restaurante fue completamente inaceptable. Desde que entré, el piso estaba sucio, las mesas desordenadas y el personal tenía una apariencia poco cuidada. Incluso vi a un empleado vapeando dentro del restaurante mientras trabajaba, algo totalmente fuera de lugar en un establecimiento donde se manipulan alimentos. Lo más alarmante fue la estación donde sirven la comida. Los recipientes y toda el área estaban llenos de restos de alimentos. Había ingredientes derramados por fuera de los contenedores y comida mezclada entre diferentes recipientes, creando un evidente riesgo de contaminación cruzada, especialmente para personas con alergias o restricciones alimentarias. La falta de limpieza era tan extrema que decidí no comer allí. Entiendo que un restaurante pueda tener momentos de mucha demanda, pero eso nunca puede justificar descuidar la higiene ni el manejo de los alimentos. Espero que la gerencia tome medidas para corregir esta situación, porque ningún cliente debería encontrarse con un lugar en esas condiciones. Esta reseña refleja únicamente lo que observé durante mi visita.

  Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I arrived right as they opened, expecting the restaurant to be ready for customers, but nothing was prepared. I stood in line for about 10 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” no “sorry, we’re still setting up”nothing. I completely understand things can happen in the morning, but basic customer service goes a long way. If you’re open, you should be ready to serve customers, or at least communicate with them. This was easily the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

  This Chipotle is so disappointed. Food don't tasted like all Chipotle I know, and you can see all the stuff and veggies mixed without any food control.

  I’ve been a Chipotle fan since 2006, and I remember when eating there felt like a great experience. Unfortunately, those days seem to be gone. I visited this location today and ended up not eating because the condition of the restaurant was honestly disgusting. The employee working the line had his cellphone sitting right next to the food and was playing music from it while serving customers. The food station was a complete mess, with ingredients spilled everywhere and food scattered across the serving area, as shown in the photos. The dining room trash bins were overflowing, and overall the restaurant looked neglected. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of care from the staff and the manager. Nobody seemed concerned about cleanliness, food presentation, or the customer experience. I can confidently say I will never return to this location. In fact, after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to any Chipotle. It’s sad to say because I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Horrible experience.
