  Staff completely forgot my order despite it being quiet at lunch. Was sitting there while several more people were served, their pizzas heated up etc. felt weirdly deliberate and rude by the staff. Did I tip too little? I tipped 15% , I can only think of this as to why. I was polite and just ordered normally. So yeah the service was terrible, I ended up losing my seat when I had to go and ask. When I did ask they acted like they completely didn't know what I ordered. The vodka pizza was good, the spicy one was average. Completely unbalanced with too much pepperoni to cheese. I'm sure there's better places to visit where you won't be treated so badly.

  this pizza is AMAZING is is doughy just in case you dont like it but the dough is fluffy enough so i doesnt feel like too much its SO crispy on the bottom, the spicy spring is the perfect amount of spice to flavor i did add basil and it was a little more than i expected the added basil was $2.00 but i should have known better at miami beach! the service was amazing and they were so kind!

  Tiana was so sweet, and made us feel so welcomed. She took great care of us and was so friendly. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Prince St Pizza. Thank you Tiana!

  I am very disappointed with the service. This is not the first time this has happened — it is the third time they have made a mistake with my order. Today, I went to the location and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting, I was told they had made a mistake and that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I understand that mistakes can happen once, but when it keeps happening, it shows a lack of organization and attention to customers. They wasted my time, and I honestly left very frustrated. They urgently need to improve communication and provide better training for their staff.
