  This is the best location in miami Ive been to. The chicken was cooked fresh and wasnt dried out like it had been sitting forever and they actually give you a bowl of beans and not 90% bean juice like the other miami locations. It was busy here and I can see why. The staff were friendly and accommodating, this location is nothing like the other ones ive been to!

  La comida bien, buena porción para su precio. Si mejorar la limpieza de mesas, sillas y el piso. Están con bastantes restos de comidas.

  Good healthy food, fast service, good price, friendly staff! My server was polite and had a great smile. Good place.

  Worst Pollo Tropical in Miami. Just ordered two tropichops. Ordered one all the way and it's missing the peppers and corn. Only has the beans. The brown rice tastes like dirty water. The bowl was ordered with half rice and half lettuce... put literally 3 pieces of lettuce. Ordered 2 guava bbq sauces and 2 cilantro. Didn't get the cilantro, but some pineapple salsa instead. On top of that, the employees are also screaming at eachother, yelling over the intercoms. Disaster.

  Horrible sup and old taste hole chicken, salsa like pizza sauce from can even worse shame on that location. Always loved polo tropical foods.
