  I ordered through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, all of the cheese had slid off and was spread throughout the inside of the box. The pizza was completely inedible. i drove back to the store with the pizza and spoke with the manager. I wasn’t asking for a refund I simply asked if they could remake the pizza so I could take it home. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because I ordered through Uber Eats and that I had to contact Uber Support. That response was very frustrating. I had already taken the time to drive the damaged pizza back to the store, and remaking it would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, I left the pizzas with the store and told them to throw them away.

  הזמנתי עם ציפיות, אבל התאכזבתי. הפיצה הגיעה פושרת, הבצק היה יבש והתוספות היו בכמות קטנה. השירות היה סביר, אבל זמן ההמתנה היה ארוך מהמצופה. יש מקום לשיפור באיכות ובחוויית השירות. מקווה שבפעם הבאה יהיה טוב יותר

  I’m going to by the extra large pizza today for my kids 4.30 after noon .but the older Cuban lady he doesn’t tak my orders she says she is busy..she shows me the app and very angry with me ,then on youn guy is coming to help me ,he take my order but he also angry with me, then I ask the young guy why you are guys angry with your customer..and I say when my pizza is ready and you going too slice- please clean the cutter and make a slice..the ol’ lady’s says Spanish language cancel the order for miarda indian..I don’t know what kind of allergy have the older Cuba ladies with Indian people.finally she cancelled my order..and when I want to know why you cancelled my order?she call the police and I Waiting for the police. and I goin to social media live that coming record for me.. That history today 1100 Alton road Miami Beach, papa Jon pizza…
