  I stopped eating the food like product a long time ago but it was hot and I wanted a ice cold drink, well they figured out how to make the entire experience worse, the machines to order are crap, it took over 20 minutes to get my drink, want to wash my hands before, nope cant get into the restroom without an employee, finally got my drink a a paper straw that fell apart before I finished, this can't be incompetence I believe they are paying someone to make it as miserable as possible and they are doing a fantastic job .

  They took more than 50 minutes to give me an order of 1 hamburger and 10-piece nuggets. After repeatedly asking to speak with the person in charge, no one came forward. When I finally received my order, it wasn’t even what I had asked for. When I told them I was upset, they started laughing about the situation. I understand this is a McDonald’s, but honestly, avoid this location. Taco Bell or Subway would probably be a better option.

  El peor mc Donalds que fui en mi vida...Me negaron cambiarme una hamburguesa que me dieron cruda, es realmente serio gente una vergüenza con los millones que hacen, yo pague mis hamburguesas y encima la carne sin sal, los directivos tienen que saber que tienen gente en este lugar como el encargado morocho de rastas de este lugar q me negó cambiarmela y el mal trato que nos dieron y que su reputación de este lugar por culpa de esta gente van a perder mucho... Es lamentable, deben multar a este local y poner gente nueva... La carne cruda para muchos páises es mal vista para la salud del ser humano... NO ME LA QUISIERON NI TAMPOCO DARLE COCCION PARA QUE TERMINE DE COMER ALGO QUE YO PAGUE.... NO VAYAN MÁS A ESTE LUGAR PÉSIMO..... Hay gente que le cuesta pagar y encima que te dan la carne cruda no te la quieren cambiar y ni recalentar... La reputación de este Mc donalds si la gente es consciente no tienen que ir mas y echar a todo el personal que son desastrosos con el trato que encima te dan...

  PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN de la chica de anteojos quise comprar en caja, me mando a la pantalla. Fuimos a comer con mi marido, pedimos una big arch, cuando nos dimos cuenta la carne estaba cruda solicitamos la devolución o cambio no nos dieron solución , pésima la atención también del gerente uno morocho de trenzas, la carne roja no rosada estabaa crudaaa, no vayan si no se quieren contagiar una bacteria es terrible.

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever experienced in Miami. The most disturbing part was the restroom situation. A McDonald’s is supposed to be a family-friendly place where customers are treated with basic human dignity. Instead, this location made people feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and almost afraid to ask for something as basic as access to the restroom. Refusing to treat people like human beings over a basic need is unacceptable. The service was terrible, the attitude was cold, and the overall experience felt completely inhumane. This is supposed to be a place for families, customers, and regular people not a place where people feel judged, mistreated, or intimidated. The way people are treated here is shameful. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever seen. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone in Miami.
