  We really enjoyed the experience. The burger was juicy, not greasy, and the service was good too. We're only giving it 4 stars because we still prefer Chick-fil-A, the portions feel more generous, the combos are a better deal, and the milkshake is sweeter, which we personally prefer.

  Buena hamburguesa. Un poco lejos de lo que me habían dicho que era. Quizás desde que se convirtió en cadena la calidad no es la misma. No digo que sea mala, pero no es una hamburguesa "increíble". La atención de los empleados es buena, pero tuvimos que esperar mucho.

  Super recomendable, siempre y cuando te guste que te atiendan sin paciencia en la caja y te guste tomarte gaseosas tibias y sin gas. Otra característica saliente es la gran puntería para revolear las papas dentro de la bolsa donde te dan la comida. Le pongo 2 estrellas al apartado comida porque la hamburguesa no es mala. Lo de preocuparse por las alergias alimentarias, existe pero la cajera no sabía mucho al respecto. El lugar por suerte estaba bastante sucio y pegajoso. Una experiencia para recordar, no para repetir.

  I am only giving this place 5 stars in everything in honor to Simi. Proud Shout out to Simi at Five Guys! She is an absolute angel today. She handled a chaotic store and difficult customers with the poise of a goddess, getting my order out incredibly fast. She stands tall and represents true professionalism and integrity. Five stars! And so much Ashe for her!!!

  This was my second visit in the past month, and unfortunately, it confirmed that the issues here are not a one-time thing. Both times, the wait was unreasonably long for what is supposed to be fast food. My first visit took about 20–25 minutes for a simple order with only a couple of people ahead of me. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because it was close to closing time. Yesterday, however, I came earlier in the evening with a friend, and the experience was almost identical. I waited around 20 minutes for a basic hot dog, and my friend waited over 25 minutes. This is simply not acceptable for such a simple menu item. What made it worse was the pace and attitude of the kitchen staff. They were visibly unmotivated, moving slowly, and overall created a very negative atmosphere. You could feel that they didn’t want to be there, and that energy transferred directly to the guests. On top of that, my order was made incorrectly (missing bacon), which I didn’t even bother to fix because the overall experience had already been frustrating enough. The only positive was the cashier, who was friendly and professional. For the price point, the quality and service just don’t match expectations. There are plenty of other places nearby that offer better food, faster service, and a more welcoming environment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
