- DTDominik Touati2 days ago2.0Awful and rude staff, they were shouting the whole time and behaved like they would be at a party. They also called a customer „el gordo”, and commented rudely everyone. Food was ok, I have eaten better burgers at Five Guys. I hated that the burger was all the way down in the Ghetto Grocery Bag and the fries just covered it. So I had to „dig” my way through. Milkshake was well ok but same as the food, I had better at Five Guys. Refill was just awful and I regret the purchase. Lukewarm and no bubbles for any of the drinks I had. The staff could maybe instead of shouting and screaming, do more in order to clean the restaurant as that was also one of the issues I have seen.

I doubt the staff gets paid enough to care. After going here 3 times, we always avoid it or order take out on the very rare occasion. Be prepared to wait 20-30 min for your food, stand slow line, and probably get your order wrong in some way. I hope this is a wakeup call for the owners and district management.

If you are in the area and wondering what to have for lunch this is definitely worth it. They didn’t have the peanuts when we were there, but that was alright.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
