Imagine going there with your kids and buying stuff and then when it’s time for your kids to use the restroom, there’s no working bathroom. It’s been like this for almost two weeks now. Never going back there.
- WRWilly RuizJul 31, 20261.0I come to this Dunkin' location regularly, so this experience was really disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a Pink Refresher and a Boston Kreme donut. When I arrived, my donut wasn't there, so I politely asked the male cashier about it. Instead of simply explaining they were out, he told me I needed to "look before asking" and said it was "common sense." When I requested a refund because of how I was being treated, he told me, "Good, then I don't have to help you. Do it on the app." The employee was a tall, slim Black male wearing a Dunkin' hat and an earbud, which should help management identify who I'm referring to. Running out of a product isn't the issue....things happen. The problem was the rude, disrespectful attitude toward a paying customer. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, was kind and professional, and helped resolve the situation. I hope management reviews the security cameras and addresses the customer service at this location.

- NSNechama SamuelsJul 15, 20263.0This is a strictly kosher Dunkin’ Donuts with a Baskin Robbins as well. They are not chalav Yisroel and don’t even carry chalav Yisroel milk anymore. The service can vary from super friendly and warm to totally inept and hard to communicate with. The line also can vary from moving very quickly and efficiently to dragging as one worker takes the orders and also serves the customers and the other worker sits in the back of the store on their phone. My advice: bring your own chalav Yisroel milk, go late in the morning or after lunchtime and bring your patience with you. Also if you sit there to eat your food or enjoy your drink, know that it’s always freezing inside that store! Pay attention to the closing times coz they are a drop erratic and we have had instances when we ordered and paid on the app and then went to pick up our order and they were closed!
