No Substitutions, No Common Sense!
Ordered the branzino, which came with fried rice. I politely asked to swap it for any cleaner option — even told them they could choose. To my surprise, the manager came over to firmly explain that no substitution was possible. As per the chefs Ego . I offered to accept even a single piece of asparagus since I’m paying for a side either way. Still no. Chef’s orders, apparently. So they sent the fish out NO side not even a pice of lettuce to try to appease a paying customer. Rude !
Interesting way to treat locals during slow season…
Food is good but it’s always dead in there alow season or not and doesn’t have any “vibe” so I’m not too sad about never returning.
Will be crossing this off my list. Im a local and a repeat customer, but I refuse to spend money somewhere that prioritizes an egotistical chef over basic hospitality. Plenty of other places in Miami that actually appreciate their locals.”

It’s rare that I give 5 stars on all 3 categories. There are many new restaurants in Miami to choose from nowadays. Many of them leave a lot to be desired. Today was my second time at Catch and it did not disappoint. From the wine selection to every single course, everything was excellent. The restaurant itself has great music, perfect lighting, and an overall gorgeous and relaxing ambiance. The attentive service was the cherry on top. Can’t wait to come back to try their Sunday brunch. Standouts were a perfectly seasoned and cooked steak, vegan pistachio cheesecake (highly recommend even if you’re not vegan!), and the most flavorful branzino dish I’ve ever had.

The staff makes you feel right at home and they don't play around when it comes to their cuisine. Phenomenal sushi & steak, and their wagyu isn't just served rather it's presented just for you with the story behind each piece.
I was in town for a conference and stopped in for a drink. Shoutout to Johan, Anna and Chef G for the hospitality and great vibes. Catch is about class and comfort while giving you an incredible dining experience. It's not a maybe, but a must every time I'm in MB.
Oh.. and the desserts are lights out too. Compliments to the chef.
My hubby and I had a fantastic dinner at Catch Miami. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with a fun and friendly vibe. Asia at the front dest set the tone, then Guillaume and Sandra guided us to our table. We were seated at a lovely booth with a great view of the restaurant and all the beautiful floral arrangements. Our servers were Jordan and Kelly who took turns checking in with us throughout the evening, taking food & drink orders and bringing us fresh sharing plates. We each had a detox cocktail which was so fresh - who knew matcha and tequila would work so well together?! Then we ordered the Crunchy Rice Cakes, Catch Rolls, Crispy Cauliflower, Wagyu Gyoza (yum), Miso Glazed Sea Bass, Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti, and ended with the naughty donuts. The music was upbeat and lively, they played two songs by Cut Copy (bonus points)! It honestly felt like we were hanging at a friend’s house. The experience, food and staff were all amazing! I would definitely revisit and recommend
