  Young Caucasian female employee was super nice and helpful other young African American female was rude, it's sad. Did was decent need other friendly help.

  So I placed an order of 50 wings mix and match up to four flavor flavors. I get to the store and just wanted to confirm that all 50 wings were in my bag. The employee says yes so I take my bag and I go home. That was my first mistake. I get home and empty the bag and I only have 40 wings. I called the store up and tell them that they’re missing 10 of my wings of garlic Parmesan and they say OK. Can you come back and pick them up? I said sure. When I get to the store again asked to confirm if those are my 10 garlic Parmesan wings and they say yes so I take my bag and I go home. That was my second mistake. I get home open up the wings and I have 10 plain wings no garlic Parmesan to be found. I will not be making a third mistake as I will not be ordering from them again.

  Huge thank-you to Jade at the Merritt Island Wingstop. I accidentally placed my order for carryout at this location when I had actually meant to order from the Cocoa location for delivery. It happened while I was following the website prompts to sign up for the rewards program, so I called trying to figure out what could be done. Jade was friendly, patient, and reassuring from the start. She made sure she fully understood what had happened instead of assuming she already knew the answer, stopped what she was doing to help me, and told me she would call me back once she figured it out — and she actually did. She was able to get the accidental order refunded and made the entire situation incredibly easy. No arguing, no attitude, no making me feel like I was a problem. She genuinely sounded happy to help. I even told her on the phone that customer service like that feels rare these days. I really hope Wingstop recognizes employees like Jade and treats her well, because if they don't, that would absolutely be their loss. Thanks again, Jade. You turned an annoying mistake into a genuinely positive experience.

  Visting and trusted reviews and was let down. For $40 I never seen chicken so un-seasoned. I thought for a second I accidentally ordered plain.

  went with my bf around i maybe 11:20-30ish on 8/28/26, the girl working was honestly such a sweetheart! my memory is terrible but i think she was like blondish/light brunette? i forgot to ask for her name, but she’s amazing! i’ve never had bad service here, every employee i’ve met has been great, but she’s definitely one of the best!
