  We went to drive-thru. Like their hamburgers much better than other places. Hot and taste good. Good service.

  I came in tonight to get something to drink and get one of the new banana pudding blasts and it wasn’t even blended it was straight syrup on the bottom with vanilla soft serve on top so disappointing it was genuinely inedible I also paid extra for banana and cookie crumbs and got neither

  We are long-time Sonic fans and regulars at another location, but since moving, we have been consistently disappointed by this particular location. Unfortunately, each visit has been a waste of time and money. Our order has never been correct, the specialty drinks are not made properly and are frequently undrinkable, and the food is frequently either undercooked or overcooked. Interestingly, the staff is always polite, even when we point out mistakes. They try to fix their mistakes but somehow are never able. This leads me to believe the issue stems from management and a lack of proper employee training rather than individual staff performance. It is disappointing because we truly love Sonic's specialty drinks and snacks, but after multiple failed attempts, we will not be returning to this location. I hope thry address the lack of training and management issues so the branch can reach the standards we expect from other Sonic locations.

  Stopped here for a quick dinner and they didn't even tell us they were doing drive thru only, until we were ready to order our food. So, we had to go to the back of the long line, even though we were there first. Ok, fine. Whatever. We got in line, finally got to the window, ordered, and they took forever, like 30 minutes. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for food, I'd go to a better, sit-down restaurant, for better food and better service. We finally got our food and I don't know about everyone else's, but my burger had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The bun was almost a brick, the patty was so dry, but somehow the lettuce on it was soggy slop. I don't see any way I'll ever come back to this location, which sucks, because I like this chain, this franchise is just bad.

  I tried going through the drive through but the speaker box was completely dead so I had to pull into a stall I pushed the button, placed my order, paid, waited 10-15 minutes, pressed the button again, waited another 15 minutes, and called to explain that I was still waiting on my order and they hung up on me, waited another 10 minutes and left with nothing to show for it, money spent: 15 dollars, food received: sunlight, time wasted 40 minutes
