  Apparently they use door dash to deliver now, which would be fine but driver never came and only spoke Spanish when he called, store ended up canceling the order

  We ordered a pizza at 5:00 pm today which was supposed to be delivered at 5:31 pm. It is now 7:20 pm and it still hasn’t been delivered! I tried calling the store and waited on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. I’ll be contacting my bank to file a dispute

  I was lucky enough to get help from a young lady name Kaswayla the other day. She was so sweet and friendly. I saw her working hard by herself not complaining, cooking, cutting, filling orders, and helping customers.she was just a ray of sunshine. I hope whoever is in charge gives her a raise! Thank you for helping with my order. I wish you the best Ms. Kaswayla! It was a pleasure meeting you!

  I normally don’t leave reviews, and I understand that mistakes happen, but my experience at this Pizza Hut location tonight was beyond frustrating. I placed an order at 6:05 PM for a stuffed crust BBQ beef pizza and a double order of breadsticks. I was told it would be ready in 16 minutes. We arrived around 6:30 PM, only to be told they didn’t have stuffed crust. My question is: when did they realize that, and why wasn’t I called? They ask for a callback number when placing the order for a reason. Because of that, we had to wait another 30 minutes. Around 7:00 PM, we were then told the BBQ pizza wasn’t even made because it comes frozen and was still in the oven. At 7:15 PM, the pizza was finally ready, but then they realized they forgot to put the breadsticks in, adding another 10-15 minute wait. From the time I placed my order until I actually received everything, it took over an hour, and at no point did anyone communicate these delays until we asked. The entire experience felt extremely unorganized and poorly managed. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I try to be understanding because I know everyone has bad days, but this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Do better. * There were numerous customers asking for a refund due to them not having what they ordered and they also didn’t receive a call. Many waited just as long as I did, everyone was so unhappy with how this location was ran.
