  Stopped in on a Monday evening because the menu looked so interesting… It Is Fantastic. Not many people here tonight, but there should be. EVERYONE’s food was excellent (party of 7). How often does that happen? Drinks were above average and very reasonable.

  My wife has severe animal protein allergies and we tried Nitro for the first time last night. We were cordially greeted by Michelle, as we entered the who was our server, establishment and asked to speak with JL, the owner, to explain the conditions. We had known him through our son but, unfortunately, he was out. So we asked for the manager on duty. Tony came out and he was exceptionally courteous and explained the available plates to avoid cross-contamination. However, he went steps further and personally prepared a delicious combination of vegetables, etc. for her. No issues or problems. Service was impeccable and Michelle didn't miss a thing. Additionally, we saw an old acquaintance from El Tucan, Jimmy, who's also a manager there. Thank you so much, Tony, Michelle, and Jimmy for making my wife's experience memorable.

  My friend and I had a really wonderful experience here. Food was delicious, service was attentive, knowledgeable & friendly.... atmosphere was really cute. Drinks were tasty too. Grecia & Dante took care of us & they were amazing. Being our first time they answered all of our questions & made us feel very comfortable. They made jokes & never made us feel rushed for the next table even though they were going through their lunch rush. Pricing was fair also. I would definitely recommend & I'll be back. Been a while since I had such a great dining experience. Good food & especially good service can be hard to find these days. Hopefully you'll go support them & keep them in business.

  Such a creative menu, we were completely blown away by everything we tried! To start, our waiter brought us Hot Cheetos as a complimentary appetizer- which is what prepared me for the fact that this experience would be unlike anything other. We started with poke nachos which were loaded and super fresh. For my main entrée, I had the sweet gojuchang boneless wings which were unlike anything I had tried before. To drink I had the Sake Passion, delicious!!

  Loved all the attention to detail this restaurant puts into the food, atmosphere,and it's service! It definitely is noted and sets this place apart from every other restaurant. We ordered the beef empanadas, the chicken katsu, the JL sushirito, and the fruity pebbles cheesecake. Everything was phenomenal and tasted supurb. We especially liked the whimsical bowl of flaming hot cheetos we were given upon sitting down, definitely sets them apart from the crowd. Brandon, our server was attentive, answered all our questions and did a great job managing a busy dinner time. Our food was brought out by the owner himself, beaming with a smile of pride. It was great to see such a hands on owner/chef who takes such pride in his work. We're already planning our next trip back because we saw so much on the menu that we want to try still! Thanks for offering an eclectic menu full of mouthwatering options in Brevard!
