  It’s a bit late, but back in April 2024, I was pregnant and living in the apartment complex just a few streets down from the McDonald's. I was craving a hamburger *so bad*, so I put on a cute light-blue dress and walked over to the McDonald's. When I got there and ordered it—I promise you—it felt like pure bliss. Then, a lady who works there approached me and gave me a chocolate chip cookie as a gift. It might sound a little silly, but I will always carry that gesture in my heart 🩷 (I love you, McDonald's lady!)

  Just gonna wanna say thank you to the individual tonight. That works for this establishment, what you did for me tonight by buying the meal. Ment the world to me and truly, it helped me regain a little bit of hope in society nowadays, as for I have been down on my luck for some time.\n And not only did you give me meal to eat tonight, but you actually helped me with fuel in the car also. Without even knowing it\n So I wanna say from the bottom of my heart, truly, thank you. It's good to eat like that that those of us that are down in the dumps or against our luck put a smile on her face. Just because of one seemingless gesture\n So thank you once again, thank you.

  They discriminate against anyone who appears under the age of 18, or has a disability. I have a disability that requires easy access to restrooms, and was refused access to the restroom, and was told to pee outside on my last visit here in December 2025. Now I am being refused any form of service due to my age, because a couple rowdy teens got into a fight, they banned anyone who looks under 18. I had already placed my order via the mobile app and I was told I would not be getting my order or a refund when I called the in store phone to tell them I had already placed my order and was just here to pick it up. This is blatant discrimnation on the basis of age and illegal under Florida law. I have filed a discrimination complaint with the FCHR.

  A classic example of a fall from grace. McDonald's has begun their move into the digital Era by switching to kiosk for ordering eliminating the personal touch that was their hallmark. The drive thru, where I went, is still their best place to deal with actual people. The young lady that took my order was pleasant and took time to answer my questions politely and quickly. The food was fairly fresh, the fries was very hot and fresh. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would happily go back there again.
