  The pizza and stromboli pizza are awesome! They are so good I haven't tried much else yet. I'll certainly be giving some other menu items a chance soon.

  We’ve been coming here for years and have always wanted to continue supporting this business. The food and the staff have kept us coming back, but unfortunately there is one ongoing issue that has become hard to overlook. The person who identifies herself as the manager does not present the professional image you would expect from someone in that role. Her appearance and the way she carries herself do not come across as someone representing the business, but the bigger concern is how she handles situations with the staff. Instead of stepping in to support the team during busy times, she often seems to create confusion and unnecessary tension. We have personally witnessed hardworking bartenders being criticized while they were doing their best, and it creates an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers. It is frustrating to see good employees struggle in that atmosphere, especially when the bartenders have consistently been friendly, professional, and hardworking. We want to keep giving this place our business, but management needs to take a serious look at how these interactions are affecting the staff and the overall customer experience.

  We are a family of 4 and since reopening we've been going to Kings Duck every couple of months to support the place. There are pros and cons of the place wrt service and food. Though quality of food can be hit and miss the portion size were great to fair. As of yesterday, we are done with the establishment. We got lunch for the family and and the portion sizes are disappointing. $13 dollars for an All american burger and no fries. The patty melt, $14, no fries, and the patty size was a joke how small it was. Though we did order other food, and portion size was lacking as well, let's just stick with the burger observation...a burger at Rich Island Burgers, same price for burger but the patty size is good and it comes with a side of ... Fries! Mind blowing! Given the customer head count is always lacking when we go in and this disappointment in portions we'll just head south for our foods.
