  Yea it’s pretty bad, especially of late. You can’t let people have such pissy and rude attitudes as it will eventually reflect back from the customers. Used to be good here. Bring back the kindness and patience. There’s some serious negative emotional contagion here.

  Such a shame. I do not know what happened to this place. When it first opened, it was great. The employees were super nice. The last 2 times I have been here, the employees were beyond rude when I asked for basic simple things. I don’t need a ton of extra anything in my chipotle, but when they are giving samples compared to a normal amount, and then the employee yells “THATS EXTRA THATS EXTRA THATS NOT A NORMAL AMOUNT”, it’s just not worth it for the price. Even the guy before me and the people after me were dumbfounded how little they give you now. She even yelled at the guy in front of me because she gave him a sample of chicken. No way that is a normal amount. Also, I asked for a regular sized quesadilla with only cheese for a child, and you would have thought I asked for them to stop and make me fresh tortillas admit fresh cheese. I don’t mind paying for things. I mean, it is chipotle and I don’t expect anything free. But the employees here are beyond rude. It’s pretty lame what this place has become, go somewhere else.

  I’m beyond frustrated with this Chipotle located in Merritt Island. I ordered two burritos, one steak and one chicken, both with identical toppings. Yet the chicken burrito was literally HALF the size of the steak one. It’s obvious they skimped heavily on the rice, meat, and even the cheese. At the prices they’re charging, this is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. I went back inside to point out the issue, and instead of offering a solution, the employee told me it was “the same exact thing,” just “smooshed down more” during wrapping. That explanation makes no sense when the size difference is so obvious. They refused to remake it or offer any kind of refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here, and it’s getting old. Between inconsistent portions and dismissive staff, this location seriously needs to step up. Oh and to ice the cake, new employees coming and going every week= NO CONSISTENCY!!!

  1/2 the portions of ANY other chipotle i've ever been to, consistently! have to ask for more of almost everything (IF they have it stocked, BIG IF) only to come just below the normal size, without asking for more, of ANY other. not even going to mention the staff... just its obviously only min wage, OBVIOUSLY.

  I ordered a Veggie Bowl, to have Guac instead of the protein, online to pick up in store. When I got home, I noticed the bowl did not have the Guac in it so I went back to the store to ask for the Guac. The two employees on the line told me, with an attitude, that if I do not ask for the guac then it will not have the guac. I then explained that the Veggie Bowl always includes the guac and that it shows on the app as such. The kept telling me that is not how it works, mind you this is not the first time I order this and it ALWAYS includes de guac. After just a few seconds the lady, who I assume is the supervisor, said “just give him a side a of guac” with an attitude that felt like she just wanted me to leave. This was an extremely unpleasant interaction and very unprofessional. I WILL NOT be coming back to this location.
