  My wife and I drove 20 minutes to this Chipotle location to take advantage of the buy two entrées get one free promotion on Sunday 9/6/26. We went inside because we were unable to order through the app as it said this location was not accepting online orders. The promotion required you to order through the app to use it. When we went inside to ask the staff how to proceed, the group of teenagers that were working offered no assistance and simply told us we can’t give you the promotion because our system is down. They showed 0 care or remorse. We simply turned around and left because we were going to bring the 3rd free entree to my dad for dinner. There appeared to be no manager around and the lack of care was very disappointing. We likely won’t be visiting chipotle again for a while after this experience.

  I come here all the time, yet I’ve never had a good experience with the employees. They are BEYOND rude and have zero customer service skills. They act like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering, roll their eyes, and constantly have an attitude and a rude tone.

  This place is really gone downhill quickly! The new staff is extremely rude and the food is extremely poor quality.

  Chipotle is Chipotle. We stop in from time to time because no matter where you are the food is reliably tasty and consistent, and this location was no different on that front. Jacobi was a great host, super friendly and fast. He was a genuine bright spot in the visit. Unfortunately the checkout experience brought this visit down significantly. The cashier did not greet us, did not say thank you, and when returning change nearly slapped my wife's hand in the process, which startled her. That is simply not acceptable. My wife, who is not easily rattled, left saying she would not return to this location. Management needs to take a hard look at the checkout process and the customer service standards being held there. A little training goes a long way. Jacobi clearly knows how it is done, hopefully that standard gets applied all the way through the experience.

  (Case #CAR25478656 refers). I have ordered from here often. I have opted to keep this situation discreet, however their "Customer Don't Care" team chose to ignore my request by sending a boiler plate email placating me. In short, On 08/23/26 I ordered a steak burrito which made me very ill. There was a combination of food safety and customer care issues. I will spare the details. With all the food-borne illnesses which are prevalent their negligence from the store through their corporate offices is profound! This is purely for public awareness and I will likely be copying the health department in this regard. Their reference as follows is EXACTLY where I went for ZERO response: "If you don’t mind contacting us through our website, someone will be in touch with you directly: https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us". This is just a corporate hand-off technique to get rid of you! Well Chipotle, I am here to stay and will continue to engage the public for their protection! Consumers beware!
