  Ordered med.Steak it was served rare.paid extra to make it marsala.mushrooms couldn't find any marsala sauce. Ask the waitress for some marsala sauce 15 minutes later she brings it to the table go to place it down and Spills it all over the table and never replaced it. Paid extra for a Specialties side of asparagus which was old shriveled Andover cooked and flavorless. Ask for mashed potatoes found half potatoes still whole they should have called it smashed potatoes not mashed worst meal ever.

  I wish I had a better experience with my server because the food was amazing! The server was not attentive at all. We had to ask twice for refills, we were there a little over an hour and a half and she had to be asked every single time for anything. We had ordered appetizers and they didn’t come until after we had our entrees because she simply didn’t put them in. We had other people come over that were very nice but our main server was not. She had asked us about our experience and my mother in law told her exactly how it was and she laughed it off, we weren’t laughing. I wanted to speak to a manager regarding her behavior but unfortunately it was very busy on the other side and I didn’t want to take up time. The food was amazing though, every meal truly was delicious, I just hope they can work on better servers. I posted my receipt so hopefully the manager can narrow it down to the server. She didn’t even give us her name.

  We had such an amazing experience at Carrabba’s thanks to our server, Folade! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made sure everything was perfect, kept a smile on her face the entire time, and truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. It’s rare to come across someone who is so exceptionally great at their job and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her, and I can’t wait to bring my family back because of the incredible hospitality she provided! The food is also great and the servings will almost always give you something to take home. 10/10 would recommend.

  Ordered off of GrubHub and ended up with the family spaghetti dinner deal absolutely highly recommend very delish they give you bread delicious bread your choice of any type of salad you can either get meat sauce or meatballs you can opt for gluten-free spaghetti if that's your thing phenomenal phenomenal deal phenomenal highly recommends

  I had a very disappointing experience here. My order was made incorrectly, and after bringing it to their attention, I waited about 15 minutes for it to be fixed. During that time, there was no apology, no communication, and no effort to make things right—not even a small gesture like a discount. What really stood out was what happened afterward. I called to speak with a manager, thinking they would care enough to address the situation, especially since I was one of the first customers of the day. Unfortunately, the response felt dismissive and indifferent, which made the experience even worse. For a restaurant that presents itself as higher-end dining, I expected much better service and professionalism. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and customer care here was disappointing. Next time, I’ll definitely be checking reviews beforehand—because nothing about this experience reflected the standard I associate with this establishment. Based on this visit, I’d think twice before returning. 4/26/2026
