  Just shut this place down or hire new management. I ordered a fry and a coke - nothing even crazy. 40 mins later I’m typing this review still waiting for my order. Everytime I come here it’s the same thing - have to wait 30 mins for your order.

  Wouldn’t it be nice if you could actually place an order in the drive-through at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at this location because guess what there’s like one person working and you can’t literally order anything so don’t go between two and three or maybe two and five anyway I’m never going to sit in that drive-through again for 10 minutes and tell me to wait another 10 minutes to place my order

  Very disappointed with my experience at this Sonic location. We arrived before 3 other customers and still were not acknowledged or had our order taken while others who came after us were served first. It felt like we were completely overlooked, and no one came to assist us. Poor service and lack of attention to customers. i will never be coming to this sonic location again!

  I was missing my drink from my DoorDash order. I had to drive all the way to Sonic, which I ordered DoorDash so I wouldn’t have to. Then, when I explained the situation, I received no apology and no compensation Not very good customer service.

  I got there when the mobile order was placed already. It was around 10:35pm when I placed it and I parked at the stall to put my spot number. Mind you, it says the estimated time was 10:42pm. But I had to sit and wait there until 11pm! I decided to go to the drive thru instead but that took me another 15-20 minutes. Usually I don't care about waiting but I think its ridiculous that I had to be waiting an hour just for a single Blast, Groovy fries, and Tater tots. I already watched a bunch of other customers drive off when they had enough waiting. I got the order finally at around 11:35pm but to get only lukewarm food. The blast was good though. They just need to do at least something to fix this issue, because I don't think nobody wants to wait an hour for their order.
