  I came to sonic today all pissed off about my day and in a super foul mood. The best service from the nicest, prettiest employee changed that so quickly with the most amazing smile and the friendliest, most positive attitude I've ever experienced! She easily handled my extremely large and difficult order even as I fumbled and stumbled around everything as if I spoke and understood a different language. Perfect service in every way! Arianna is the model employee!

  This particular store has been completely turned around from the dump it was and is back to the way service is supposed to be !

  No one answered the stall. Then we went through the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru was incredibly rude. We didnt get a receipt so I cant name any names specifically. I understand people are going through things but leave it at the door.

  This Sonic is the worst I have ever been to. Their food does not taste the same as other Sonics I have been to and is not as hot and fresh. They are also severely understaffed. Like only 2 people working a shift. An order takes 20+ mins to make with drinks arriving fairly quickly but food taking 15 mins or more after that. Online ordering is also bad. Waiting 40 mins for food that says it should be ready in 5 to 10 mins. And the workers forget you are there. They say they will be with you in a minute but then never come back to take an order. Strongly do not recommend giving this place your business unless they replace management. It's so poorly run. We won't be back.

  Don't use mobile app. Placed order and waited at booths instructed, before waiting 10-15 min before going to another stall to ask for an update (lunch rush could have just hit idk) only to be told I needed to get my order from the drive thru. It was literally wrapped around the building. The WHOLE point of the app is to avoid the wait. This is not okay. Thankfully you have wonderful employees but they dont deserve to be put in these situations
