  I order from Pizza Huts all the time. Same orders at different locations. This is the first location to make them wrong and gross. Peppers were not roasted. Soggy. The pizza and crust seemed... Undercooked? Soft and almost raw. The whole pizza has no mass to it, flat like a Jack's pizza or something. The wrong marinara was used. They didn't include the ordered garlic crust on either pizza. Just horrible. We tried to finish cooking them at home and ended up eating something else. I'm embarrassed to have ordered here. The person who made these needs training. The lady at checkout was friendly, at least. Regret tipping since we had to trash the pizza that wasn't even fully cooked...

  Very disappointed. Pizza from here used to be way better, maybe they are cutting corners. Pizza today was horrible. The thinnest, hardest, blandest pizza Ive had besides frozen. So thin you cant tell the difference between the bread and the cheese, sauce is nowhere to be found. Will not be ordering again.

  I think the problem with Pizza Hut is the delivery people most of the time, that being said I personally like to go in for any of my orders and every time I’m there this lovely women named Lisa is always there to help me and make sure I leave with a smile on my face! She inspired me with how outgoing and on top of this donation charity their holding! She definitely deserves to be the Face of Pizza Hut!! As always my wings were amazing and the service is always so lovely when I come in we need more places and people like Pizza Hut and Lisa

  Great customer service! Earlier tonight we placed an order online through Pizza Hut, and when the food arrived it honestly looked great. The only issue was that the delivery driver forgot the dipping sauces. Half the meal was fine, but the other half definitely needed those sauces! We called the Lake Washington Pizza Hut to let them know what happened. The guy who answered the phone was awesome, got the manager involved right away, and she was super cordial and helpful. What really impressed me was that instead of just sending the sauces out later, they actually remade the food fresh and sent everything back out with the sauces included. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see very often anymore. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut. The food looked great, and the staff genuinely cared about fixing a small mistake instead of brushing it off. Easy 5 stars.
