  They use third party delivery. Delivery driver picked up another order from another place and delivered it before we received ours. We had to reheat our order. When we called we were told by Serena to call corporate because there was nothing they could do.

  The pizza at this location was stellar for a while, and we were so excited that it opened nearby! However, the last few times we’ve ordered it, it’s been overcooked and disappointing. Not sure if there’s been a change in the cooking staff or something, but it’s definitely not as good as it used to be.

  DoorDash driver here — I had a really unprofessional experience at this location. An employee named Seth made sarcastic comments (including joking about an “85-minute wait”) while I was trying to pick up an order. I stayed patient and professional, but the overall environment became uncomfortable. His behavior escalated a simple situation and created tension among staff, which made communication even harder. I was in contact with both customers the entire time through DoorDash, and they shared that they’ve had repeated issues with this location before. They were only ordering because their kids wanted the food, which made the situation even more disappointing. Because of how everything was handled, the order was never completed and two customers didn’t receive their food. This could have easily been avoided with basic professionalism and clear communication. Drivers are here to help your business run smoothly, not be met with unnecessary conflict.
