People love five guys but I just don't get it. The burgers are okay but I don't think they're anything special and are seriously overpriced. I do love the Cajun fries, and they give you plenty. I would stop in just for the fries.

I love this five guys and have ordered food (usually to go) often over the years. The service is great, while sometimes slow during busy periods (as to be expected) and the 2 times I had an issue the staff took care of it right away. Burgers are good and I always loved their fries. The staff is the only reason they are getting 3 stars from me now. Five guys recently changed their fry cups to bags and that is the WORST THING EVER. Not only are the portions super tiny now, but the fries I got today were soggy and gross, not the usual thick, crispy, tasty potatoes I'm used to. The bag made them soggier than the cups ever did. Husband and I have always split a large fry and had leftovers! Today, I had to question the large portion (thought it was a mistake honestly), and the guy said he would give me more. So he gave me what would essentially amount to 2 large fries and it barely compared to the old large size. This large fry is $8 mind you. So now five guys wants us to spend $16 to get 2 portions of French fries when we used to get that same amount (and more) for $8. Wild. I don't agree with the fry change. Buyer beware.

My usual place for my pregnancy craving until today. After I ordered, I was told they couldn’t accept $100 bill, even though they have no sign that says that. Definitely lost a regular.

Ordered by app for pickup. Received our pickup time and arrived a couple of minutes early. Was really surprised that people coming in and ordering at the register were all getting served before those waiting for to go orders. Found this very annoying as I had ordered and paid for my meal long before the in-store customers arrived. For the price you pay at Five Guys the 20 minute wait was just not worthwhile.
