    Waited way too long. "Frozen" drink was completely melted. The order in front of us was messed up so everyone in line had to wait. Not sure why they didn't either bring the drinks out to the people in line to go around or have that car pull forward to serve other people in line whose drinks were ready and melting.

    Amazing service!! I’ve always loved Dutch Bros and was so happy to hear it was coming to this location. The staff is so friendly & the drinks are just as good as I’ve always had them back on the west coast.

    this is why i go to dutch bros. i was having a really rough day and wanted to get myself a little pick me up and when i pulled up to order Reese was very sweet and gave me my drink for free because she saw how bad of a day i was having. and then when i pulled up to the window Wyatt was also so sweet and put the message on my cup and we had a very sweet conversation. dutch bros workers care about every single customer no matter what day they’re having and it shows. Wyatt and Reese were amazing to me today but i could say that for every person that works at dutch.

    Wickham DB staff and owners are nothing but smiles and great service. They remember your name and drink of choice even spoiling your pups! Love that DB made it to FL.

    I went with a friend and we were excited to try Dutch Bros for the first time. We arrived at the drive thru and it was a bit of a wait, which we expected, no more than 10-15 min! The menus were hard to see and when we got to the menu to see it was already time to order. My friend had some questions concerning ordering her drink and the girl with the strawberry headband was condescending and made her feel stupid for asking and like she should know exactly how they make all of their drinks. She just got a basic drink since she felt discouraged to customize or even ask questions about customizing. The girl also turned the iPad around 3 times while my friend was tipping, weird. The guy at the window with the tattoos was kind and helpfully answered questions we had concerning the drinks and menu. Our drinks were good but I wish we had a more helpful person so we could’ve customized them to be great.
