    Drive-thru was confusing at night without other cars and no one taking my order. This was my third time trying Dutch Bros and my third time being completely disappointed with the coffee. I love 7Brew and keep hearing it's similar, but I've tried 6 drinks and they've all been a disappointment. At best, they taste like sweetened milk. I was over charged during the fill-a-tray promotion and half of the drinks were made wrong (no half-and-half). Another drink was just bad with the white coffee and the broista asked how it was because he was curious and I told him it wasn't good.

    Honestly I am a long time dutch bros person and absolutely still love them but this location puts a bad taste in your mouth. The wait times are HORRIBLE!! My order is constantly WRONG! I dont get complicated drinks either. I rather drive the extra 15min to wickham or even 30min to titusville if I want my dutch bros fix. At least half the staff is not friendly. It is a sad disappointment for the dutch bros name and really expected more.

    The girl taking orders was very friendly, but she was the only one taking orders and could have definitely used some help. There also appeared to be only two guys making the drinks at the window. They were friendly as well, but it was obvious they needed more hands. We were in line for 25 minutes, (with approx only 6 cars in front of us) which in my opinion is way too long. Once you’re in the line, there’s no way to get out, and you could tell other people were getting frustrated with the wait. I ordered a Cookie Butter Latte, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very impressive. It mostly tasted like milk and didn’t have much coffee flavor. The employees were nice, but Dutch Bros really needs to work on staffing and wait times. Twenty-five minutes for a coffee is just too long.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING SERVICE & AMAZING EMPLOYEES! ☕️💖✨ I had the pleasure of stopping by Dutch Bros and was greeted and taken care of by Kierra T. and Ella K. These two young women are truly an AMAZING asset to your company! From the moment I arrived, they were smiling, cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their positive energy, kindness, and love & light made my visit even better—and of course, the coffee was great too! ☕️😋 I even messed up my own order, and without hesitation, Kierra and Ella helped me change it with the biggest smiles and absolutely no attitude. They made sure I left as a happy and satisfied customer, and that kind of customer service is something you don't forget. Employees like these are truly special. Dutch Bros, you need more people like Kierra and Ella! They represent your company with kindness, professionalism, patience, and a GREAT attitude.     Sat in line for over 10 minutes and we were the last one in line a girl rolls up in her car after we’ve been there 10 minutes and they walk over and wait on her and you could hear the girl say they were next and the girl shrugged her shoulders and said it’s all right and proceeds to take her order so she just breezes right through the line when we’ve been waiting so we mentioned it to the girl at the window shrugged her shoulders, and she said that’s just how it works sometimes, and offered me a sticker, you can take your sticker and shove it up your ( ) I’m definitely going back to STARBUCKS you guys are RUDE and so very unprofessional …. The one in Titusville has been nothing short of a great experience so if you want a great experience, I would refer you to the Titusville location, but this one really disappointed. I was so excited to see it in Melbourne. It’s terrible how one employee can ruin it for everybody.
