Gave me the wrong order I specifically said I had a coffee allergy. I ordered the golden eagle breve chai. They gave Me coffee instead. Very upset, especially with how long of a wait it was! This was New Haven. Then I decided to give them one more try and went to the Wickham location Tried to order the exact same thing. Girl was rude and said there’s no such thing as that and I showed her on the menu with the picture and tried explaining to me try is half try and half milk then I showed her the picture and she finally put it in. Very disappointed. Got my drink gave me a regular try, but when I took a sip, tasted all milk and the cup was 3/4 spilled with ice. Why should I be spending seven dollars on almost a whole cup of ice? Much rather take the drive to 7brew from now on

I was very disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros today\. There were plenty of employees working, yet the service was extremely slow\. What bothered me even more was seeing two employees’ personal vehicles illegally parked in an area that blocked handicap parking spaces\. There was no designated parking where they left their vehicles, and they appeared to have parked there simply for the convenience of being closer to the entrance\. Handicap parking is there for people who genuinely need accessible parking, and it should never be blocked by employees’ personal vehicles\. I understand that parking can be limited, but this was completely unacceptable and especially disappointing to see from a business\. I hope management addresses both the service issues and the parking situation\. Customers should be treated with consideration, and accessible parking should always be respected\.

Finally, Dutch Bros on the space coast! I have sampled them in Colorado, but this is my first time giving it a go in Florida. I signed up for rewards and got a free drink, so nothing to lose. I sampled one of their several bevy’s, I think it was smores themed. The coffee itself was good, definitely copious amounts of sugar. It did take a fair bit of time to make, but I didn’t mind because the location is new. The staff were SUPER friendly and talkative…it may have taxed my social battery a bit if I’m honest 😅 but I’ll be back to sample future seasonal offerings I’m sure. I wish they would turn mobile ordering on, that would probably speed up things.

I got in around 10am. Drive through queue was short. I'm greeted by an employee taking orders on foot with a tablet across two lanes of cars. I ordered an ice coffee. The prices are not listed on the app menu; unfortunate. You also cannot pre-order from the app for this location; unfortunate again. Pretty expensive, but honestly not unexpected, at over 7 dollars for a sugar-free 24oz double expresso (double torture). I am presented with a tipping option during payment processing. I've found this new formalized tipping system odd; it's supposed to be a spontaneous thing in response to good service, not an expected form you fill out before you even get your order. Perhaps a consequence of a systemized transition to a cashless society. And I'm part of the problem. I've paid with card. We have to be coordinated to merge before the window like we're at a theme park. The employees are very pleasant. The coffee came decently quickly. I know this isn't a trivial beverage to make. I've noted that the employees make an effort of conversation during the wait time. I found it endearing and thoughtful and probably why Dutch Bros has a good reputation. The coffee tastes great even for a zero-sugar added product. I plan to visit again on rare occasions in the future.

(Updated) - Based upon the canned response from the owner, I have sent this exact review to Dutch Brothers headquarters... I really looked forward to visiting this location as I have loved their drinks in other states. The way you enter is rather hard to navigate if you are in a full size / crew cab truck (You have to make a sharp left, and the turn radius all the way to the window is sharp). The order took about 10 mins for me to make because they are still training (no prob). When I got in line there was 2 cars ahead and 2 behind. As I get behind the person who is getting their order to them, I notice the guy gives her a drink, and then they just sit there talking. Mind you, this went on for a minimum ten minutes and now there are 6-8 cars behind me. Finally they give another drink to her and she drives off. I pull up and he tries to give me an incorrect order. I ask him what the hold up was, and he said they had to redo her order. I then asked why they didn't have her pull up and park so the other customers didn't get delayed. He gave me a blank expression and said "next time I will do that". Then, (I assume) the female manager with a big septum ring asks me what the problem was, and I told her. She said we generally don't ask customers to pull forward and "we are training". I said 1: what does training have to do with asking a customer to pull up so you can clear out waiting customers? and 2. I have NEVER been to a place that doesn't do just that, I said you piled up a line behind because of that very thing. BTW everyone was crammed in that store joking and laughing, I wonder if that's why they kept getting orders wrong. I told the MRS I hope she enjoyed that drink cause I will NEVER go there again unless I get a good explanation of WHY this happened and WHAT the remedial action will be...
