    For myself and many customers that I have met in the store that liked eating inside instead of ordering via the drive thru. The line inside is longer now. It seems like they worry so much on the drive thru and not on their regular customers that go inside. I am guessing, the new management are machines with no social communication skills or common curtesy. I am just glad they kept some of the great staff members who recognize their regulars. Let’s go back to a month ago where it was better, faster and happier.

    For over a year, I've been a daily customer at Dunkin', and I've always been polite and never had any issues until today. I made a simple request for fresh, extra crispy hash browns, which I've asked for many times before. Instead, I was told by the manager that I would have to pay extra or leave. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was even called "ignorant,” which was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. To make matters worse, the window was shut in my face. This experience was shocking, especially after over a year of consistent loyalty. The general manager, who should be resolving problems, only made the situation worse. Previous management was always professional and kind, which is why this change is so disappointing. At the end of the day, it's not just about food-it's about how customers are treated. A little respect and communication go a long way, and no customer deserves to be treated this way. I expect better from this business. I would like the owner or a higher-level representative to contact me directly to address this situation. After over a year of daily loyalty, my concern deserve to be taken seriously.

    My fiancé and I order the same drinks every time we go to Dunkin this is the first time I’ve been charged for a cup of water with a double espresso, Because I guess a cup of ice is no longer free.

    Called and pre-ordered two boxes of Joe and two dozen donuts Saturday morning at 6 a.m. Everything was ready and good Thank you dunkin' donuts keep up the good work
